69Really amazing fresh oysters and very friendly staff. Very glad we stopped in today would love to go again.
Where too begin! Heavenly Great fresh gloriously presented oysters and food!
Beaut friendly service Easy parking Incomparable Bruny you excel
I don't think I can eat an Oyster from anywhere else after eating here. So fresh, so tasty! Absolutely delicious, a must visit on Bruny
Delicious and fresh. Crumbed, Kirkpatrick or natural. Cold beer and wine. Can't get any better.
A must do stop on Bruny. Fabulous service, beautiful views, and the freshest oysters, we watched them come in from the bay - so good! Loved our lunch here - recommended wine match was perfect!
We have eaten oysters all over Tasmania over the last 10 days and these girls know how it’s done. Get the freshest, creamiest oysters to enjoy Au Naturel or with a beautiful vinaigrette or even Panko crumbed and fried…. Whatever takes your fancy. Add to that a cheeky glass of bubbles…. Yep a pretty splendid way to relax for a couple of hours.
Very fresh oysters, tried all varieties/flavours and enjoyed it. Friendly service. Must try if you are in Bruny Island!
Amazing tasty experience! Service was efficient and very friendly! Oysters were amazing! Very popular place when we attended, very busy. Prices very good in my opinion. Lots of drink choices on offer as well.
Fresh oysters and friendly service. There's not too many seats but people are in and out. The asian style oysters (deep fried in panko) are popular especially with those who don't fancy raw oysters. Another must visit!
Nothing fancy here. Great food in simple surroundings. Oysters were spectacular. Can't wait for our next visit.
The best, freshest, most delightful oysters I've had in my life, washed down with a lovely Tasmanian chardonnay. What a way to start the day!
Obviously a very popular spot for tourists judging from the number of punters at Get Shucked. We ordered fresh oysters and kilpatrick which were delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming so as the staff members who were jovial. It’s a must-go place on Bruny island for delicious oysters
The freshest beautiful oysters i have ever had. Topped off with a crisp glass of Riesling. Simply sensational. Thoroughly recommend Get Shucked
Coming back to Get Shucked after 4 years. Have to say, their oysters are just as how we remembered. Fresh, crisp and great after taste. This has got to be one of Bruny Island's great highlight! However, because we visited on Easters Sunday, Get Shucked was overwhelmed with tonnes of enthusiastic visitors like us and as a result, they ran out of their hot food and they couldn't accommodate further customers onsite from 2pm which was a shame. Take away was available so we purchased & enjoyed it by the side overlooking fantastic views. Hope to enjoy you someday again Get Shucked. You guys are amazing!
First stop after and your last stop before the ferry boat That’s exactly what we did, and one more in between. Loaded up plates of Soooo.fresh? , did I just say so fresh Oysters! Wow, just woW! I can’t think of anymore word for its freshness, umami like heavenly devine tastes! All I can think of is that ugly shell with a soft gem inside, all the time, everytime!
Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Bruny Island. You have some great options for tasting. Try the mixed dozen ($25) so you can taste the naked oysters, Kilpatrick and panko fried version. Even the dressed dozen oysters ($23) are great.
Friendly hosts. Lots of free parking. Lots of seating area outside and some tables inside as well.
The freshest oysters you will ever eat. Despite being busy, the service was extremely friendly making our whole experience was very enjoyable. The oysters were so delicious we decided to take a second serving away to enjoy for dinner.
First time Bruny island. Oysters are really fresh and tasty.bought some takeaway bread for food supply on the road. They gave us a butter knife for free as well, maybe not so many customer ordering takeaway bread lol. So generous!
First stop as soon as we landed in Tasmania.
The oysters were lovely, very fresh and as great as the thousands of other reviews you'll see.
We had a dozen of the natural with lemon and a dozen of the mix and a bowl of chips. There was no mains available at the time - a battered fish would've done us nicely.
With seatings outside, you'll get the nice Bruny breeze.
The best oysters we've had still are from Lease 65 which is off the island.
I'd still recommend dropping by if you're in Tassie. Note that you'll need to catch a ferry down, the ferry ticket for the car cost us $38 which includes return.
Very fresh oysters. My friend and I ordered two and a half dozen to share and we loved every single one of them.
