We had breakfast here no complaints at all everyone enjoyed their meal and would eat here again.

Great food and service. Little things like arranging things to come in even numbers when it was clear my husband and I were sharing all the dishes. Also, lovely $10 Wednesday cocktails!

Great coffee, good quality local produce, nice serving size, really friendly service. Glad we ventured across the bridge for this place.

Seriously delicious food, definitely worth the effort. Unfortunately our wait staff was forgetful and the tables were too close for private conversation! I will go on a 'quiet' night next time.

My first visit. Lovely surprise. Steak Frites excellent with perfect steak and sides. I will be back.

Absolutely amazing! Subtle flavours, delicious food which was beautifully presented. I can't speak more highly of the meal tonight.

Very nice but feel meals should be a little more generous. Rather than a bowl of lettuce as a side perhaps add some variation.

Superb coffee. Great Barista. Interpersonal. Clever. Efficient. It's great to see this little hive of activity buzzing. A welcome addition to 'the quay on the Bellerive waterfront.ps excellent views of the water and a rocking owner/chef with great culinary skills round it all out very nicely.

Hidden little gem, great food and atmosphere best pancakes i have ever had loved the thoughtful touch of having a little blanket on each of the outside tables on what was a cold and windy day

What an amazing place! A perfect slice of home (Canada) in Tasmania. Caesars and poutine better then we make.

Amazing food! Montreal style bagel had perfectly balanced textures and flavours - just like I remember from my last visit to Canada. Would recommend to anyone fond of Canadian cuisine and to those who have never tried it before. They’ve taken the beautiful produce Tasmania is known for and combined it with some of the unique cuisines I’ve loved from my trips to Canada.

Visited now a number of occasions with friends and family. The Exeptional Food combined with consistent Friendly Service in a beautiful location, lovely contemporary fit out, the open kitchen observing happy chefs obviously enjoying their talents makes this Restaurant one of my favourites.

Gastown East is easily the best cafe/restaurant on the eastern shore, possibly the known universe.

Crab + smoked salmon cakes are very very delicious. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. Lovely to sit out on the balcony with a great view. Will definitely keep coming back!

Sorry, disapointing after having ordered we were told no fish of the day available; than we have ordered alternatively risotto and than again, sorry sold out. The ordered wine was served on the table before ordering the 2nd choise. Sorry but this is not the right way to serve customers.

Extremely good service.they were very patient with us ordering. Lovely views of Bellerive waterfront. On a sunny day, this is the place to go to have a really good cocktail outside.
