Wonderful little studio cabin.perfect for a romantic getaway.very special view.the bumpy drive up was worth it! Wish we could stay longer. Complimentary bubbly made the sit on the deck even more special. Will visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this secluded place.
Cabins were very clean and views were stunning.
Highly recommended.
Staff was very accommodating and kind.

To improve: the included breakfast should have a bit more variety including the offering of some hot food.

The cabins are at the end of a rough 4 Kilometres
Track in the bush
They are very basic
nice views
The cabins are equipped with cooking facilities but
There is a sign on the wall not to use the hot plates and microwave for safety reasons we couldn’t get a reasonable reason for this from reception, why have them then?
So you eat cold food as there is no restaurant on the premises or trek down the 4 k track in the dark and dodge wallabies and other wildlife then a 20 minute drive to find a meal
Not satisfactory as they are charging 5 star prices

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful setting with stunning views. Rooms on the smaller side, but very clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff.

This place has a fairly long drive up from the road that's a dirt track and kind of steep in places. We had a sedan and at times it felt like it was struggling and was definitely a rough ride. But it's worth the drive, you feel quite secluded up there and the cabins were really clean and well maintained. You get a bottle of wattle and sparkling wine on arrival and they provide a continental breakfast, which is toast and cereal and nespresso coffee. We got to see a bunch of different wildlife because it is so secluded and the view was fantastic. We'd go back again, though we might hire a bigger car for next time!

The online checkin wasn’t working so had to do over the phone which took 15 minutes as the Asian person couldn’t get my name right and she took forever to get all my information without mistakes. I nearly didn’t continue with my booking! We had the same girl when we checked in & for our 1st breakfast & she was useless. She didn’t clear any of the tables or help anyone with the coffee machine or the food supplies. On the second day we had a fantastic lady who was helpful around breakfast and gave us some great tips of where to go in the area. I think if someone is employed in tourism they should have great English & an outgoing, friendly personality.

So we pay for the room up front but then another $100 is taken out as a bond it’s been nearly a week and that $100 is not refunded. Messaged reception no reply. We only slept in the room one night didn’t even use a dish so no reason for bond to not be refunded. I’ve never had to pay a bond before seemed rude and unprofessional.

The cabin had everything you need for an overnight stay - a comfortable bed, hot water, a telescope, a binoculars, complimentary tea, water and wine in addition to a complete set of kitchen utensils.

Great location with awesome views and nicely appointed cabins with beautiful communal lounge dining area. Unfortunately we arrived on the hottest day 39 degrees! And discovered that the cabins were not air conditioned nor did they have a fan. VERY HOT! Unfortunate also that we discovered on arrival, despite having confirmed earlier that day that there was a kitchenette in the cabin we could use, that we were unable to use the stove nor the microwave (not sure why?). The kitchenette also contained absolutely no cooking appliances or plates or bowls. The entire contents of the kitchenette draws were - one knife, 2 teaspoons & one bottle opener. There were glasses so that at least you could have a drink and a bottle of complimentary Tassie Mineral Water was provided. Very frustrating as you can imagine when we had rung to check and brought with us beautiful organic ingredients to cook our selves a meal. Mai (not sure of the spelling) at reception was thankfully very helpful and understanding and managed to organise with the owners/managers I assume for us to use their commercial kitchen in the main lodge to cook our meal.
I have to say that this place has so much potential and seems to be work in progress but urgent attention needs to be given to fixing the basics. It was not cheap and we expected more although not much more.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Views were amazing, facilities were lovely given the remote location. Lots of animals around to see. Really enjoyed being able to walk around the area.

Tips: Make sure you hire a decent 4x4 or vehicle with good tyres - the road isn't suitable for mini-rental cars and remember to take it slow at night with all of the animals around!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Views to die for! Staff are great. Just one thing - it is not self-contained. No place to cook your own food. But the peace and tranquility -so amazing.

Highly recommended if you are considering. A very nice, unique and memorable stay.

We recently stayed for our wedding anniversary The cabins are equipped with a very clean, heated floor bathroom. The bed was spacious and comfy. Kitchen was a good size for basic needs – although it has a stove and microwave, they cannot be used as they have turned off the gas for security reason. So my advice is to either bring cooked food with you if you wish to have dinner in the cabin OR you can drive out the resort area for dinner (resort to main road is 4kms in). Continental breakfast was provided and freshly squeezed juice.

Loved our stay and cannot wait to be back. Have already recommended to family and friends.
