Every Man & His Dog Vineyard

Visited winery this afternoon. Welcomed by Andy the owner. We enjoyed the tasting of 5 wines and listening to the history of the region. Met "the dog" and a couple of chooks.
Well worth a visit.

No bells and whistles here but the most rewarding wine tasting ever. Andrew entertained us with some of his past history and the wine is excellent. Highly recommended stop if in the area.

My partner and I had such an amazing time at every man and his dog, both of the owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Archie the dog loved all of the attention. The wines were stunning and the venue was so charming and a great place to relax.

Our visit turned into an experience. Loretta was so kind and welcoming giving us a glimpse into the wine making process whilst tasting some of their incredible wines along the way. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Definitely come and visit this lovely cellar door. Andy is so friendly and knowledgeable it’s no wonder this place has incredible reviews. It’s hard to say anything could be better than the service but the wine is top notch!

Brilliant! I had a wonderful experience hosting my daughter's first birthday lunch at Every Man and His Dog. Loretta was a total dream to organise and plan with and the service they provided was truly above and beyond. Beautiful venue, food and wine. Top quality and the whole package.

Loretta you were brilliant! Andy you weren’t too bad either! Haha. From the time we walked in we were welcomed and made to feel at home. The behind the scenes tour really opened our eyes to the wine making process - we learnt so much! A unique place with fantastic small batch wine really made it special. Archie (the black Lab) has many roles, however on the day decided none of them applied and was happy to settle for pats. It was Sunday after all. We will be taking you up on the pizza and Whiskey someday soon Andy!

Absolutely loved our visit to this small boutique winery and vineyard. The owners, Andrew and Loretta, were a delight to talk to. Don't expect the bells and whistles that you would find in other vineyards but you can expect genuine hospitality and friendly owners who are only to willing to share their experiences and give you a comedic guided tour around what is thought
to be the tiniest vineyard and cellar door in Australia.

Andy is a real character and we appreciated the time he gave to us - letting us taste his delicious wines and showing us around the winery! We learnt some new things and had a good laugh but most importantly enjoyed some delicious wines! Highly recommend, definitely worth the drop in.

I recently had one off those milestone birthdays and chose Every Man & His Dog to celebrate with a few friends. I hadn't realised at the time when I booked, it was also the Open Wine weekend, so the winery was expecting a good crowd. Loretta could not do enough for me with suggestions for food and preparations. On the day Loretta, Andy and their staff, although busy with winery tours and tastings were extremely attentive to our group and made us all welcome. I would highly recommend Every Man & His Dog for a function, celebration or just a visit for a tour and tastings of this fantastic little winery. Oh, and then there's Archie, he's the boss and greets everyone on arrival, keeps watch over the patrons and cleans up any dropped food or spills.

Gorgeous little tour. Ran by genuine friendly people. Loved the tour, absolutely brilliant. We had some children with us and they took interest in them and took them to feed some deer's. Beautiful wines, especially loved their Cabernet Sauvignon.

I've been to so many wineries across Australia and Every Man & His Dog is by far one of my favourites! The couple who own it were so welcoming and chatty. The wine was amazing! Definitely recommend!

Loretta and Andy are the most welcoming and humble hosts. They make you feel like you are part of the family. Archie (their dog) is adorable. The Pinot Noir is to die for. I can't recommend visiting enough, if you are in the Richmond area it is a must stop on your wine adventures.

If you can only get to one vineyard in Tasmania, do your best to make it this one. Its beautiful location, fascinating history, friendly wine tasting and bespoke wine, are all great in themselves, but it's Loretta you really want to see. What a woman, what a treasure. Just go. Say no more.

What a lovely place to spend a lovely night in. It’s clean, specious and nicely decorated. Hosts are a lovely people and have the friendliest dog. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Would come back anytime.
