Bottle of Kahlua and a 10 pack of cruisers for under $60 bux with membership card. They helped me organise someone else to collect for me too as it was an online order as I was busy. Legends.

I was looking for cherry liquer, kirsch or similar to use in black forest cake. This place by far stocks more than others. I was left with several options.

The online pick up customer service staff is very rude, shopping a couple of times, the lady never be nice and always try to lecture you. If she is unhappy with the job, find another one. The check out lady is rude as well. Never come back again.

While getting into the carpark can be a bit chaotic at times, once inside they have everything you could need, and the friendly staff are always on hand to help.
Tastings are held quite often, and the variety is mammoth. They have a particularly good range of local Tassie wines and spirits, at a price point for everyone. You can browse the app, and order for pick up, or even get it delivered if you are in desperate need. Also a large range of chilled wines, beers, ciders and others. Specials are usually well priced and very competitive. What more coul you want?

Dan Murphy himself would be proud. Great staff, great selection, well priced.
I am being savage holding back one star, as the security guard wouldn't high five me. Harsh.but fair.

I went in needing to buy some whiskey, I’m fairly young so after asking for help and being told someone else will come over, I saw the security guard and was waiting for him to check my ID. Turns out, he’s an absolute legend and walked me through all the single malt options I could get for my dad for Christmas. Dad is now drinking his Writers Tears and absolutely loves it. Thankyou!

Understand the pressure of the holliday season. But no reason to be rude if your knowledge is limited!

Great value for cartons of cold beer, although the bourbon selection is huge but comparable with local bottle shops.

Easy parking, anything alcohol related you would ever need including instruments for mixing cocktails etc. Plenty of staff around to help you, and all seemed happy and friendly. Prices were competitive with other bottle shops. Members card / program for member only specials.

Great selection of wines, beers and spirits at great prices. They have a reasonable selection of European and other non Australian wines.

Great bargains, especially with membership. Helpful & friendly staff. No reasons not to go back!

Use to visit a fair bit however the last few times been there I've been rudely asked for ID by someone who looks younger then me despite being a member and in my 30s don't see why i have to produce an ID every time I walk in here to only get a longneck. Go across the road to 9/11 and be greeted by friendlier staff instead

Lots of the regular stuff but also strange and unusual brands which make for great last-minute presents!

I was told I would be contacted by the manager, after an incident in the car park. No response so far!

Aisles are a little small for a wheelchair user but everything is clearly labelled and staff are excellent. Willing to help and knowledgeable.

We are be regular customer. Once they asked for Id. I am 36 and my wife is 33 years old already. I then show the International license with date of birth, still denied. We show digital copy of passport. Still denied. What the staff need for? I buy from a lot of different store. None ask for id with a lot of requirement like that

Bad customer service. Actually ended up going to 9/11 over the road, and the alcohol I was going to get was actually cheaper at 9/11 and the staff was a lot nicer. Won't be going back to this store! Unable to leave a no star rating, so 1 it had to be.

It's a great big warehouse with lots of grog! What's not to love? You get a discount for ordering through the app and then you can click and collect. Save yourself some coin if you know what you're after

I love this shop because they sell the old-fashioned meat like ox tail, brains, lamb's fry and home-made sausages. If they haven't got it, they'll get it for you
