We been two times we had a great time and good meal a little bit on the dear side but a good meal

Great view and service, garlic bread had a good portion and was tasty and the vegetarian pasta was absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back next time we are in Tassie.

Service was good only issue I have was a girl write down my name and phone number cause I wasn't book.

My mother and I ordered the kids spaghetti and the salmon, we both found these meals were full of flavour and deliciousness. Service was great hope to come back soon

I'd give 5* for my food, but my husband thought the potatoes could have had more flavour! However, we both enjoyed our outing, and the staff were incredible. We will return

Brilliant food. Magnificent portions. Good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Pleasant atmosphere. VFM.

The flattie wrapped in prosciutto was mint! Only problem I had was there wasn't enough on the plate haha.

Fish wrapped in bacon was dry and tasteless. Meals all overpriced. Deer horns on the wall meaningless and in bad taste. Mistake in the menu.

My &i consider the central as 1 of our main places to dine, very cozy, service is excellent, the food is always spot on.

Another great place to sit and relax. Nice food friendly service and watch the Spirit chuck a u-ee in the river. Reasonable pricing.

Service has really improved. Food was great really enjoyed the beef ribs. Maybe too much dressing on the calamari salad but will be back. Well done to all the staff:)

Place is less than 1/3rd full at 6.07pm when we arrived I confess we didn't make a booking.but 'nup' can't take walk ins before 7pm.states tourist friendly.my arse!

Friendly greeting on arrival, main meal was amazing. Had to ask for sweets menu and then had to ask for service so we could order. Dessert was really disappointing, tasty but did not match the menu and had ingredients missing.

We had lunch last Thursday & the meal was superb. We order the same margarita pizza today & the base was not good, the pizza base end was so hard & we ordered the same dessert the pear & apple dish & it was nothing like we ordered last Thursday. On Thursday they had a lovely chocolate piece on top & white chocolate crumble but this was not included today. The dessert presentation was poor & did not taste anywhere as good, elements were missing off the plate.
I was disappointed as it was my husband’s birthday & it was like we dined in a totally different restaurant.

What a fabulous dinner, excellent food, brilliant wines and super friendly staff. Will certainly make sure we go back again.

The meals were prepared exceptionally well. Full credit to the kitchen for both a great menu and great meal preparation. The service was a bit slow but it was a busy Saturday night so that can be expected and I would be happy to wait a while as the food is really good. The venue is quite well laid out and the staff are quite pleasant so all in all a great place to dine.

Venue looks great, with great atmosphere and good views across the water to see the spirits. Pizzas are delicious but other menu items need some attention
