Bay View Villas

4 stars apartment which I would expect newer and better. They don't tidy up your beds. They only put away yr rubbish. There is no washing machine in your apartment.you have to do it at their laundry.very expensive.

Well maintained and comfortable accommodation a short drive from Salamanca Market. We booked the bay view apartment, which had a nice view of the bay area.

Fantastic location. Great view and friendly service. Within walking distance to most bars cafe and pubs.

Nice clean room, with two working heaters which kept us warm. The view from our room was really pretty and the receptionist was kind and welcoming. The bed was firm and was two beds pushed together to make a king size, but I slept well on it. Would stay here again for sure

Booked Bay View Villas for our stay in Hobart and we were very happy.

The staff are friendly and always ready to help.

The apartment was modern and clean. They are serviced always replacing fresh towels and coffee etc.

Great location close to the city, with excellent views from some rooms.

Would stay again if we were to visit Hobart again.

The one bedroom villa is really reccomended, facilities all good and well maintain as well as thr location is just close to everywhere in hobart.

Definitely recommend having a car if you rent here. Kitchen was tight but functional, rooms were good and we lucked out with view facing the harbour - was hard to beat that! Never used the pool or games room but expect it was clean like the lodgings

Decent accommodation which has every necessities. Room was big and clean, but not much of view despite the name. Kitchen had everything but it was a little small for more than 2 to cook at the same time. Parking was just outside the apartment which is really good. Location is very close to cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Definitely need a car to get here.

FANTASTIC staff and rooms here! There's so much to do for all. The game's room was a real "Hit" with the kids! And for once EVERYTHING worked! Wish we stayed longer!

Cosy apartment. But can be noisy if you have an apartment facing the bay which is just by the road.

Bed was reasonably comfy, no air conditioning, small heater in the corner of room, 2 small comfy chairs, a large tv with foxtel but not a smart tv. Bathroom had decent lighting and mirrors, but a push button for the heat lamp that turns off quickly. The shower pressure was good but unfortunately the water runs out very very quickly! Location is close to shops, cafes and supermarkets. Internet connection is okay. Overall not too bad. The big down fall is the hot water running out so quickly.

Stayed 2 nights on a 2 bedroom vila. Clean, comfortable villa with cooking and cleaning amenities provided. Parking space right at the doorstep was really convenient. Laundry facility is available. Swimming pool was not very big with strong chlorine smell. Location is on an upslope with nice scenery of the city but might be quite inconvenient for those who are not driving.

Nice place to stay. Parkings and lots of facilities are available. Nice and quiet. Close to downtown Hobart.

Spacious apartment. Doesn't exactly have a good view. Few mins drive from supermarket and attraction in Hobart. Clean and have free parking space. $50 fine if dishes not clean. Warm room during winter. Utensils provided but minimally. Knife is not sharp and hardly can cut any stuff. No condiments provided in apartment.

Beautiful place to stay. Only minutes drive from city centre. Very roomy. Loved having the lawn out the front and free and convenient parking. Very friendly staff.

Awesome views but since it’s a apartment, someone might have cook some food before hand and the smell might linger around after you have checked in. Best to change the room if u find it unbearable.
