First time in hobart fantastic place great staff and views close to the main hub best of all they have their own hire car a lovely toyota rav 4 diesel only 70k on the clock truelly an amazing experience a must if in hobart

Rooms good and with a car easy access to local shops and Hobart centre. Impressive sunset and sunrise views and lots to see on an early morning walk.

Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment located on level 3. Great value for money, clean, tidy and plenty of space. Situated on a hill this apartment had lovely views of Hobart. Only short cab/uber to CBD. Staff were friendly and accommodating sending a text to let us know the apartment was ready to go at 10.30am if we wanted early check-in. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely, clean, spacious apartments. Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception that were happy to cater to our needs.

We had an amazing view from our room on the top floor, which made it worthwhile to stay just outside of the main city (city just down the hill - less than 5 min drive)

No daily room servicing but replacement towels and toiletries etc readily available.

Limited undercover parking but plenty of outdoor parking available too. All parking is free.

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was a great stay here staffs were friendly, rooms were big it has amazing views, which also comes with free car park. The swimming pool was ok but it had the problem of excess chlorine smell which was difficult to be there at times. Hobart CBD is not that far from here

Really enjoyed our stay at Bay View Villas. The location is beautiful and the villas are really cozy and spacious. I loved the game room and wish we had stayed another day just to relax and enjoy the amenities offered. Will definitely return again and book here to stay.

Really affordable for a big group and felt very clean. The pool was good fun and we enjoyed it, the staff were really friendly and weren’t even close to cranky about a cracked glass

Fantastic views of the water from the living room, king size bed, well appointed and very affordable.

The location on the hill was great, but there were no views at all, only a rock wall. Inside was tiny and unattractive with cheap carpets, uncomfortable couches and a 30 inch TV, which is not very appropriate for a 6 bed family-sized apartment. The apartment walls were all cement, and the aircon was too small for the space so it never felt warm even after hours. The kitchen could only hold one person at a time which made meals time difficult. It also cost $8 if you want to use the washing machine and dryer. The three stars were for the location, the comfortable beds and the renovated bathroom, the one luxury in an otherwise dreary apartment.

Great location, views are stunning. Little terrace cottage was well equipped but decor and furnishings are dated. Clean and tidy. Not good if you can't walk up stairs. Swimming pool on site is small and not very deep but good if you have children. Staff were lovely and overall the facilities were plentiful for a small boutique apartment complex.

A short 5 min drive away from Hobart city but great views of the Bay. The accommodation had great facilities but didn’t get a chance to make use of these. The room was good value, clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. Fully equipped kitchen if needed for light meals.

Lovely place to stay would definitely recommend, comfortable accommodation, everything you need.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously, definitely recommend two nights, at least as there is so much to see. Oh, and please visit Richmond. So many interesting little things to do, the oldest bridge, oldest prison and when you are by the old bridge, there is an orchard with the tiniest apples you will ever see.

The view is spectacular, convenient location out from the busy city streets that has no parking. The apartment is very clean and well equiped with what travellers need. Facilities include heated and clean pool, game room while waiting for the laundry to finish…. 6 min walk to the convenience store. Lovely staff and available supplies in the laundry. I have recommended to my friends…

Great apartments that are in a good location. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great accommodation with great view. The place offers good facilities. Bedrooms are upstairs and can get quite hot in summer to sleep. Customer service can be improved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved how close the location from the city and the views are beautiful from our villa. Games room was great, warm indoor small pool was ok, laundry room is a great plus and very handy for long stays.
The only downside is that the bedrooms are not air-conditioned, we stayed for 5 nights, 1st two nights were really hot and couldn't sleep well, there is a single air-conditioning unit at the ground floor which wasn't enough to cool the bedrooms upstairs, otherwise i would recommend it and might come back to it in the future but not in summer with no air-conditioning in bedrooms.

Starting to show their age. Cleaned well, but not maintained to a 4.5 star level unfortunately.
