49Good location with easy access to central Hobart. There was ample room for parking. The staff was very helpful and check-in/out was very easy. And we were given a upgrade which made our stay extra comfortable.
It ticked all the boxes for us - reasonably priced, extremely clean, comfy beds for a good nights rest, kitchentte and very accessible to restaurants as well as the supermarkets on sandy bay. Well worth.
No hot water can take a bath, wait an hour in the bathroom, it is not worth such a high evaluation.

Friendly staff. Great location close to shops and Short Beach. Room clean and tidy with everything you need. The beds were very very comfortable
Fantastic location, friendly staff, very clean. Room was serviced daily. The only thing stopping us giving a 5 star rating was the kitchen - no oven, and small fridge. We like to self cater. Still had microwave and a 2 burner hot plate. Plenty of dining options within walking distance and supermarkets too.
Great price, great location. I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect based on other reviews but I am beyond happy with the apartment. Spotless when it comes to cleanliness, the bathroom had super fluffy towels and the extras you want (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hair dryer, iron). Towels are changed daily. Kitchen was also spotless and had all the things you need to cook with and use to eat. Beds are firm (as I like) so if you like soft beds you won't be happy, sheets are crisp and fresh laundered. Nothing to complain about, would recommend to people looking for good, clean apartments without frills but with all you need set in a great location.

I am uber driver, a guest staying at bay hotel forgot his mobile in my car. I went to bay hotel late night. They were very courteous and supportive to help me, take mobile in safe place, which reached to the guest early morning, safe and sound.
