Stayed New Years Eve in 2 bedroom apartment.easy flat access free parking at the door extremely clean. $7 uber to Salamanca. Quiet well equipped for family stay. Lovely staff. Fresh crispy white linen and Fluffy towels.

Room was okay. Had a 2 bedroom place for 4 of us. Not enough room for all of us to sit at table or on couch but otherwise ok. Location was great. Lots of eating places and other shops close by. Short walk to river through interesting streets of old houses. Prices were good for area in peak time.

Clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need.
Staff were super friendly and accommodating to our needs. They went out of their way to help! Great location also, walking distance to all shops, supermarket, bottle shop etc.

For those who love the convenience of an apartment as opposed to a basic hotel room, this place is great. On the border of Battery Point and Sandy Bay, it is so conveniently located. So many pluses.great shower pressure and temperature, well equipped kitchen including egg cups, very comfortable bed, and delightful staff

My room for which I was charged $159 was upstairs. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
However, I was unable to make either the stove top or the microwave turn on. And the remote control to the television set
refused to function. I only stayed one night and will not do so again. When I phoned the after hours service, for help with the T. V.the person I spoke to said she would call back, but never did.
The next morning the desk staff said that the night staff called me but I was not there. Why did she tell that lie? I was there and did NOT receive any phone calls. The location is a good one but
good quality maintenance and service counts for more!

Cozy studio, needs a bit of refreshment in interior. Toilets were not cleaned nicely, the only detail to mention. The reception staff was friendly.

Our room was clean and tidy and fairly quiet. A big thanks to the staff for that. However a common problem with most hotel rooms is the room wasn't dark enough for me at night as too much light comes in through the gap above the curtain rail. Also a coffee table is needed in front of the lounge chairs. But otherwise yes, thoughly recommend this hotel.

Family family of 5 enjoyed three nights in a 2 bedroom apartment.
Fantastic location, clean and comfy accommodation, Michelle was fabulous to deal with and extremely affordable.
Will definitely return when next in Hobart.

Room with 2 bedrooms and kitchen layout suite family travel perfectly love how the pillows and blankets are all freshly cleaned in bags ready for use, plenty of shops available at walking distance, only thing was parking was a bit tight for large cars and no designated spots.

Stayed in a two bedroom two storey apartment for 2 nights which was spacious, immaculately well-kept, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Exceptionally clean cooking ware (frying pan and microwave), could've been brand new which meant we were able to cook with a peace of mind. Beautiful red brick houses which were quite unique. Plus points for the environmentally sustainable shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom. Apartment units closer to the main street do inevitably get some noise because of the convenient location, but it wasn't too bad. Some points that could be improved on were that the water pressure in the showers were rather weak and bathroom doors did not have any locking mechanism.

Clean and well furnished room with a kitchenette. Location was good and within walking distance to the wharf, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Staff were lovely and even accommodated to an early check in on short notice. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed 4 nights. Great location, easy parking and quiet. Handy to Salamanca Markets, shops etc. Bed was very comfortable. Shower hot. Well appointed with everything you need. Would stay there again.

Clean Rooms. With daily room service. Which was unexpected. Handy to good selection of shops and food outlets. Coffee shops very handy.

Today i sadly had to cancel a booking due to living in an interstate Covid Hotspot, and not wanting to risk those living in my beautiful homeland. I am so grateful to the wonderful staff member i spoke to, who was incredibly understanding and compassionate, and within minutes refunded my deposit. Thankyou so much. I look forward to staying here soon

This is a nice and quiet location. One of the comfiest beds I've slept in! Had a decent bathroom stocked kitchen comfy couch was within walking distance to great food. Great family accommodation. Staff were friendly free parking outside apartments. Would stay again and would recommend close to salamanca and surrounds.

Bathroom needed tiles fixing the vinyl flooring was lifting making it dangerous
The fridge was broken so we couldn’t store food
The bedroom were HOT and couldn’t open the windows because the road traffic noise was horrendous
There was no clothes hanging or cupboards
Fan supplied but no plug in the room to use it
The seating was for 2 - we were a party of 4
Room serviced once in 8 days and not the every 3 days advertised
Asked to be moved twice - denied
Expensive for the misery
2 star and that’s being generous

Great price and good service.reception were kind enough to contact me for the belongings that i left behind.the infrastructure was quaint, vintage and beautiful and the interior was modern and minimalistic.great location, would definitely go back:)

Perfect location, close to the city, modern rooms we will be returning to next time we go to Hobart.
