Top marks for everyone's food except mine. Medium rare steak was closer to well done, but otherwise veges and jus were great. Service was on the mark. I'll go back in a heartbeat and order the calamari.

I hadn't attended this place in over 10 years and didn't rate their food then. So imagine to my surprise at just how AMAZING the food was when I went for a friend's birthday dinner. They also serve some great wines! Definitely going again soon

We had the most amazing meal tonight. Excellent menu choices, extensive drinks selection, professional and friendly staff. We will certainly be back again. Thankyou for a great evening out.

Lovely dinner. Highly recommend the risotto, parmigiana and mac'n'cheese side. Friendly attentive service. Great for families.

The establishment is quiet dark, also bar staff did show a few inconsistencies with making drinks. Not quiet sure they were all trained properly but food was good, little pricey.

I had the all day breakfast with squid sambal, it was super yummy. Service was really good.

Average experience here.service is adequate, nothing more. Food is good, atmosphere is nice, with outdoor seating adding a lot.the indoors area is quite nice too. All in all, rude staff are found everywhere.we can't all get along I guess ‍️‍️

Popped in here last night by chance and so glad we did. The food was fantastic but the service was exceptional, the young girl who was working should be rewarded for the service she provided. She was attentive, prompt and polite.
The steak sandwich and the salmon were top shelf.

Yes the food was good and service was efficient & friendly.
The restaurant area was nicely decorated with a modern feel that had touches of yesteryear.
Plus they have craft beer on tap

Food was a little disappointing. Chicken parmigiana was dry and had no sauce. Chips weren't much better with some chips being hard and cold (not cooked through).

Atmosphere was on point, cider was cold and I was even offered the choice of lime and/or ice with my cider. Bathrooms were clean, staff were pleasent. All in all, quite a nice place for a drink or two.

Excellent food, fantastic service, great atmosphere, good prices. Definitely worth a visit, and I'll be coming back. Best lunch I've had in a while. Keep up the good work team.

Excellent service under the current restrictions. Last minute decision to lunch out. A time given. Actually very pleasant with less people. Food amazing and reasonably priced.

In these difficult times staff were very helpful and courteous. Good menu and specials selection.

Staff are really friendly, service is quick (for drinks at least) and they have a half decent selection of food (though I can't comment on how good it was)

Beautiful premises - bar menu is very extensive as well as another restaurant menu.
Staff were quick to serve and had plenty of menu knowledge.
Huge gin selection - HUGE!
Lots of Tasmanian wines, and tap beer.
Parmas were perfect - real chicken breast, fresh and juicy. Corn was fairly tastless, felt like it needed a bit of a kick. Lamb salad was also a little tasteless. But all in all a good pub!

A nice warm bar and restaurant in the heart of Launceston's CBD. This is one of the best places if looking for some traditional pub grub travelling from interstate. The service was excellent, food tasty and offered great value for money.

Service was a bit lacking, we literally could have walked out & not paid they were totally lacking attention to their customers. But we are honest, hunted someone down & paid. Food was fantastic though

We are on holidays from Melbourne and this was one of the best meals we have had anywhere along with great service from one gentleman in particular he was very attentive speedy and charismatic it was a joy I hope got to keep all of our top. You must try.
