Not too loud, nice bowling allies, I liked how there was a sensor, which showed the speed of the bowling ball. Friendly staff

It feels like a real bowling alley! Compared to Norwood after the revamp I think that Cross road is fantastic. Good quality bowling balls, nice long and wide lanes.

Came into zone tonight and had a bowl with some people and noticed a very hard worker name beth she was cleaning the lanes and the balls of the lanes for the next customer she was also helping out in the acarade and Cafe well done

My son recently had a party and even though the venue was really busy, the two ‘hosts’ - Lachlan and Caitlin were organized, answered questions and made sure any glitches were quickly fixed. My son and his friends had a wonderful time. Can highly recommend

I was there on saturday 08/05 and the alleys were super crowded, though we had a booking, we had to wait, but Teresa (manager) was super kind and found us lanes in minutes. Thanks again Teresa:) We had a wonderful time and we could make it to dinner because of you.

Had a birthday party for my daughter today. James was the party host and he was fantastic, lovely with the kids. Even took time out to have a chat with me during the chaos.

The Laser birthday party was great with all activities that were included. Arcade games, 2 laser experience and food and drink.
The venue was very loud with multiple parties plus the bowling.
Our particular party table was near the shoe hire so people would sit down at our table to put the shoes on, which wasn't the best.
The birthday boy enjoyed his day!

Social distancing and good Covid precautions, plus friendly staff. Great afternoon with the kids.

The facilities are excellent lane's far than perfect, but overall a great place to bowl I have an issue bowling during school holidays very hard to bowl at my best in the dark flashing lane lights seem to be more important than visibility

17 kids from 6 -11 years old. Bowling and laser tag. Kids had a blast Lachie R was a fantastic party host and worked over time for the kids. Will definately return.

Jasmine was the manager of the night and she was extremely helpful and kind. Made our night an even better experience at the Zone Bowling. Thank you

Had fun here, lady at the door told me I had to sit down or risk a fine for holding a softdrink. Pretty sure she confused it with the alcohol rule. She should learn her job.
