ZONE BOWLING Cross Road

Our son & party guests had an awesome Zone bowling party. Our party host, Lily, was brilliant. She kept the children entertained between activities & ran the party smoothly. Lily was organised, attentive & fun!

Fun place, very busy. Food not fantastic but drinks good. More needs to be done to return balls from the lanes so others can find and use sizes needed.

Absolutely had a blast so I'm not going to mention the price. Some fun does come at a cost and to me it was worth it. I did pay for 6 people though. My group were a bit naughty and were told off for bowling in another closed lane and told it was unsafe if someone was working behind the pins. I get that but why wouldn't the bar not be put down in front of the pins? If you want safety then look for safety concerns. Thanks

Went here last minute on a Saturday night. We were able to get a lane for 4 of us without booking.

Staff were friendly, and the service was efficient. Pricing was relatively on par to most other bowling alleys in the area.

Only put as a 4 as some IT issues meant people had wrong scores for both games.

We had a fun night over 2 games of bowling, but we had to wait a short while for our alley to be set up despite having a booking. The alley itself also kept glitching - the pins were getting stuck and not being cleared and occasionally the computer gave us free strikes and spares.

Came into zone bowling at cross roads and me and my partner and her friends had a blast we had so much fun but we would like to say a big thank you to Jasmine on how polite and how nice she was towards all of us with the experience like that we will definitely will be back it was great atmosphere great service and staff was friendly

Would be 0 stars. Rude staff, plenty of staff working but no one helping the one person trying to get shoes and set up lanes etc. Didn't even bother bowling after the way we were treated at the front. Go to the Woodville one instead, much better set up and staff are welcoming and friendly.

Our party host Ava was wonderful she went above and beyond to help the birthday boy who has special needs. She engaged all the children at the party and ensured things ran smoothly.

Our party host Zoe was fantastic. Everything was so organised and the kids loved it.would definitely recommend to have a kids party at Zone Bowling. My 7 year old had the best birthday.

Teresa was absolutely fantastic! Paid for two games with four people, really good fun. I just couldn’t find a lighter ball with finger holes that fit my hand. Shoes were size 15 and pretty comfy.

We had our son’s 10th party here with a double laser tag and arcade party. Our host Ollie, was fantastic! He was awesome with the kids and also had great communication with us, letting us know what was happening with every stage of the party. I would definitely recommend Ollie and Zone Bowling for kids parties.

Not the best and most luxurious place to go bowling as it smells bad and isn't that fun. There are better places to go like kingpin bowling who have renovated there space to look more glamorous. Also the prices are way to much for 1 round. Don't go to this place.

OMG Zoe just added 5 stars to my son’s bday party. She was so sweet and entertained all kids so well. Such a sweet personality and made us all feel so special. She’s an asset to Zone bowling.

Mackenzie was super helpful. She did a fantastic job of keeping all the kids in line but allowing them to have an enjoyable experience.

I am not very happy with the organised party by the staff. They didnot have enough food requested by me, for eg chicken balls that goes in tacos, not enough chicken stuff to feed my guests. Everything I was requesting the lady was saying NO. Get your stock filled up first and then let people set up their birthday parties here. No one called me prior to my Party as well.

Our son Danek celebrated his 10th birthday at zone bowling, crossroads.
The party hosts Ollie and Ocea did a fabulous job.
They explained the whole plan and process.
It was very well organised and the hosts were very helpful and easy do deal with.
Very happy with the service.

We had a very fun time at Bowland Croseroad. Staff a super friendly and the boys had the time of their life.

Great experience, atmosphere, ample parking, yummy food (and choices for the kids). Ollie was our party host. What an amazing person and host he is. All kids and parents were appreciative of the way he was managing everything, so diligent and nice. He took care of everything from the time we stepped in till the time we left. Food was great, activities were great and all the kids went home happy. What else one wants from the birthday party.
