Absolutely love it always! Played Lazer Skirmish this time and was so much fun, staff were very friendly and helpful

Bowling is as fun as it ever was. Confusing ticket system and card payment system took the shine off what was already a mediocre arcade experience. If you're going to advertise the "old school' arcade experience try putting some actual arcade machines in there instead of garbage that basically resembles a pachinko parlour. Will only bowl next time.

Best venue to have a birthday party for kids, lots of activities and amazing staff.

Sensory overload, nice staff. Good drinks, average food.
The music was way too loud, especially considering that most customers are children. Couldn't hear the very nice staff trying to explain the rules etc. I felt a bit sorry for them doing a great job but no child was listening, because they simply couldn't hear them.
If you like arcade games with lots of blinking lights and loud music, this place will be for you. If you just want to go bowling and hang out with friends, it might not be the best choice, especially when you have small children with you.
Coffees were good, food average.

Friendly staff and service, more than 20 lanes available. Amenities and all equipment were clean whenever I was there.

Still family fun, our 3 year old enjoyed herself. A reasonable experience, if anything the equipment felt a bit dated.

On Monday I went into the bowling centre and I was talking to the manager her name was Jasmine that was on the desk and she helped me with what deals were available with the arcade and I spent money on the arcade and then I went for a bowl and Jasmine assisted with the deals with the games

This place was disgusting last night. There was food smooshed all over the floors, stepped on a skittle and almost slipped. There were also discarded masks everywhere. I've never seen anything like it. The game kept resetting my turn and bowling balls were stuck on the side - and when asked for assistance, no staff acted despite many of them behind the counter. I looked into the kitchen from the outside and there were food scraps on the floor and all over the bench were visible crumbs. If health authorities saw the place it would have been shut down! If I could give it zero, I would. Lift your game Zone bowling, hire a cleaner.

We booked and paid fora family package at the wrong venue (Woodville instead of Cross Roads). Teresa was a godsend! She helped us put immediately and transferred our games over to the venue. All with a smile on her face. Thank you so much Teresa for fixing everything and making our day

This place was awesome. We came by without a booking on a bisy day and a true legend named Josh managed to fit us in.

I want to say a huge Thankyou to Emily, Emma and Josh for making a dinosaur birthday at bowland absolutely rawrific.that was terrible. But their service was not! After checking everything still followed all safety rules, the Dino’s were let loose to eat cake and bowl the night away. Amazing service, 10 out of 10

Actually the best bowling experience I've had in a long time, largely due to Josh. He was so attentive and made us feel like the only ones in the centre even though it was packed. The man deserves a promotion if not a pay raise

We had a children's birthday party, it was loud but overall the least amount of stress for a party that we've had so far.

Great place for a teenagers birthday. The staff were friendly, especially our party Host ERIN! Erin made the experience enjoyable, she was fantastic with the group and she made sure everything went to plan. Erin kept me informed about what was happening made sure I was happy and the group was happy. Thank you to Erin and Zone Bowling for an enjoyable time

Modern bowling alley with a bar serving a range of drinks and a small updated food menu such as pizzas, spring rolls, spicy chicken wings. Also has a range of arcade games, laser alley and a function room for birthdays or other parties for children's events. Friendly staff. Plentiful parking out the front with access from both Goodwood and Cross Roads.

Recently organized birthday party and kids had fun.very helpful staff and took care of everything.

Customer service is not up to the standard and also booked times are not adhered to. The guy who served us was condescending and not interested in his job.

I wouldn't recommend playing laser tag against another group, 1000% more enjoyable within your own group. Other than that great experience (bit crowded tho)
