Zambrero Semaphore

Went in for the little bottle of white wine, couldn't purchase it without food, no worries, order some food, go to get the wine to be asked if I "minded it being at room temperature", due to no cold stock, well yes I did mind, response from server "you dont have to buy it if you dont want it". Well how about you make sure your stock levels are adequate, I'm sure trade has not been the same pre COVID and seemed staff dont mind loosing a sale. Oh and the flashing green light, not good for people who have seizures perhaps put a warning on your door for flashing lights. Lift your game.

A line out the door for this flavoursome food! But it didn't phase the staff. Moving at a snail's pace like they had been on a tequila session

Immaculate and professional. BYO hot sauce if you think tex-mex should be hot, because Z's only caters to the mild crowd.

Food and service are very poor.
Steve, We have been here twice over the last 12 months and Im sorry but food texture and flavour left a lot to be desired and service is all that can be expected from the style (similar to subway) of eatery this chain offers.

Reliable for a burrito and who doesn't like that! Take your burrito to the beach for extra points. The staff are friendly too

I like this place. Near to my work place. Good staff except one. Lady with dimond near to her eyes, not customer friendly, not enough knowledge regarding what goes into different dishes.everytime putting different thing in same dish. Not happy with her service.

Lovely service and love what Zembrero does for charity. The food is delicious and there's plenty of choices of extras at a nice price. The fact alcohol can be served is fantastic as well. Girlfriend and I eat here every so often and it's always a good experience.

Kudos to Emma for providing outstanding customer service - she was so upbeat despite working on a Friday night, and made what was probably the best burrito I've ever had

Service quick and inexpensive. Consistant in their menu and tastes. Should consider expanding their menu though. Get tired of the same old same old.

Its zambreros, either you love it or hate it, but its consistant and I like it. Its not awesome mexican but for 12-15 dollars for a burrito, its what i expect and the taste is still pretty good and fresh.

Mexican subway. Once you have that concept your good. The food was nice not to hot, I regained feeling in my lips before I left the resteraunt which is always helpful. Price was about on par with a foot long from subway but arguably more flavour I The food

When this place first opened it was amazing but on my last three visits i have had disappointing experiences. On one occasion my meat wasn't warm at all. On two other occasions the staff didn't wrap my burrito properly which made for a quite unpleasant eating experience. Staff are friendly but quality has dropped based on my personal experiences. Getting parking can be difficult at times.

Service was great and I didn't have to wait very long at all despite being in on a Saturday around lunchtime. I had the classic burrito and they loaded it with fillings which were all fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend giving it a try if you like Mexican food.

Surprisingly good! I was expecting the flavour to be average however I was pleasantly surprised at how good my burrito tasted and how packed it was! I love too that they help those in need by giving thousands of meals away:)

A bit slow making the burritos, a little bit more expensive than I'd expect, and perhaps a bit more soggy than I'd like, but still an enjoyable burrito, and an easy going eating experience free from fries. And the warm feeling from knowing your meal means a meal for someone else that needs it.

Worker was more focussed on flirting with a co-worker than on my order. She ended up missing most of the stuff I asked to put on my burrito, she was rude when I made her aware of it + gave me way less then what I normally would get in a burrito.seriously felt ripped off. Never in my life was I still hungry after a burrito. If you want Zambreros, don't get it at the Semaphore venue.

100% never coming back.

Good food. The place can be quite noisey. Love the fact when you purchase your meal, they donate a meal to those in need.

Delicious food and amazing customer service, the girl who served me seemed genuinely interested in my day and was also super helpful with any questions. Will definitely be back and recommending to all my friends!

I think I go to this Zambreros near my home 5/7 days a week it’s that good I get treated so well and like a friend by the workers as a regular and am never disappointed! Price is worth it due to the quality of the freshly made food and it’s HEALTHY! Brb going to go get some now
