An absolute rip off! $17.40 for the serve of nachos you get is ridiculous. Taste great but you don’t get much for the price you pay

I stopped in today on a late Saturday afternoon and received by far the best customer service experience of my life. I spoke to Ebony who was an absolute gem, she introduced herself and helped explain the menu choices to me since i have never been a customer there before, she was very patient and cheerful, and happy to laugh with me in trying to pronounce some of the menu options. She is an asset and credit to the venue. I received our order from a young man who was also very friendly but unfortunately i didnt catch his name. The food is excellent value for money and while i could do with a little less rice in the burrito wrap, that is solely personal preference. Cannot fault anything about my experience and look forward to my next cheat day!

I was put off zambreros after visiting 2 other restaurants. This zambreros is great! Such lovely staff and tasty burritos!

Disappointingly does not match the quality/service of the other stores around Adelaide. Majority of staff were forgetting ingredients and having to go back and they were unable to even role it up correctly because of the sparing amounts of food that was put in the burrito, staff weren't efficient at all and require further training. With limited space and only one cash register this caused 5 staff to be working behind the counter, however It would've been just as quick with 2 anyway because the rest couldn't get anything done. Food quality was great as expected but the lack of staffing knowledge and experience definitely shows. Will not be returning until staff are better trained.

Teething problems. Paid $12.40 for a burrito bowl which was 80% lettuce and very, very skimpy on the toppings. Evidence of cross-contamination with other foods, so not safe for those of you like me who have Coeliac disease.

I am positive this restaurant will improve with time. Give it a couple of months:)

Went in for lunch today on the way home for a quick bite as hadn't tried before. Staff were super friendly and really knowledgeable as I had no idea how it all worked. I had a classic bowl. It was so filling and tasty. Definitely coming back to try more.

Great customer service! Happy and helpful staff, you can tell these people actually like their jobs, because they are happy!

Disappointing. 2 burritos and nachos, We had to unwrap to see what was what as burritos not marked, one was pork and one chicken. Jalapenos put in wrong burrito. Both burittos were cold. Nachos were ok. For a spend of almost $50 felt very ripped off. Wont bother again.
Question why they have packet of dog liver treats at drive thru window!

Fast service. Fresh delicious choices just like you would expect from a Zambrero. Yet to try the drive thru.

Food was really delish.unfortunately, $28 + for 2 burritos is simply too much. Guacamole is $2 extra when they would have to realize, who has a burrito without guacamole? I hate the mentality of these fast food restaurants. Good luck.

Super tasty and fresh burritos, drive through was pretty quick too especially considering they make food to order. Will be back to try more of the menu!

Took my daughter in as she loves the food. My first time. Had a beef burrito. Awesome. The staff were really nice too. Great addition to the area.

I had a burrito the other day served by a 15 year old, maybe it was her first job, but I must say she did a brilliant job my burrito was packed with delicious fresh healthy ingredients, she asked what I wanted and I got what I wanted, she was very friendly, and excited to be working there I for one will definitely be going back, this is the best thing that had happened in the area, so this why I give her and all the staff a five star award.
