Never seem to have hard tacos, whats the point in saying you offer Mexican food.
Food quality is bad, meat tastes like it came from a can, sour cream acts like milk
Don’t recommend.

Nice and clean and spacious. I had Nachos. The meat could have been hotter, other than that no complaints.

Ordered 3 burritos last night from Zambrero Reynella and they were the best I've had! I was thinking of ordering pizzas but opted for something healthy but still delicious. Tried the drive through and it was so so quick. Once home found each burrito neatly labelled as LAMB, VEG AND VEG WITH JAL'. They were still warm due to the foil wrapping and had a beautiful flavour. Very generous on the fillings and whoever was on the drive through window was professional and super fast. Would definitely go there again.

Every time I’ve been through the drive thru, they have stuffed up my order. They either forget to put something on or don’t take off what I ask

Please ask drive through customers what toppings they want. Not everyone likes corriander and wants a perfectly good meal ruined by discovering the person who made their meal has put it all over their food

I'll try to keep it short.
I order through Uber eats. Nachos and a salad bowl.
Food arrived.
No nachos?
They forgot.
Called zambreros they said they can't do anything as it's through Uber eats.
Went to Uber eats online.someone will contact me in 24 hours.
So I ordered again through Uber eats and thought will hopefully get the delivery fee refunded when I explain.
Second order. Orders the nachos and added on some corn chips and paid extra for guac.
Then food delivered. They forgot the guac!

Grinds my gears!
How hard is it to do a job right? They have a order slip. DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER SLIP before sending out.

I understand things happen sometimes due to human error.
But TWICE in a row.
(I even put a note on the second order to say please don't forget anything)

They obviously don't care much for their customers.

Will NOT be going there again!
Its a pity we paid good money just to be dissapointed.

Slow service with no pleasantries and burritos served in a wrap with no box/plate for eating in!

Went here for the 1st time today, & was served by very happy, helpful young lady, who we discovered on the way out, was the owner. Very enjoyable food & great service. We will be back.

Just like every other zambreros stingy is their middle name

Food missing the extras you dish out money for but they seem to always forget.

Have had on more than one trip them try to over charge me for my food. Not happy

Soggy tacos with barely any chicken filling, sauce and salsas; the taco was filled with just lettuce. You expect more when they’re such a premium price of over $9 for just 2!

It really is just common sense when someone has ordered three burritos to mark which one’s which, and when you are sending burritos to people with allergies, it’s also imperative. Zambrero seldom does this.

$17.40 for this? Was actually $22.39 delivered by uber eats 800m away was truely setons a disappointment. Nachos were cold, cheese clumped in the middle (cheap cheese too), beef was acidic tasting and the presentation of meal was horrible. I can’t understand why it cost so much and why people buy this cat looking food. Horrible. Overpriced.

I love Zambrero and eat at many of their restaurants over Adelaide. The new Reynella Zambrero is my new local. It has had some teething problems that we have overlooked, however tonight had an experience that will make it hard to return from, I ordered an IQ bowl With pork and Quesadillas with beef. The quesadillas were awesome as usual, but the bowl had NO pork. I didn’t notice till I was halfway through. When I called they wanted me to drive back to get a replacement. I couldn’t do that tonight. As such no alternative was offered, to get a replacement or a voucher I had to return the half eaten bowl, which would be a 25 minute exercise. They weren’t even willing to take my name and details for next time. I get that they probably have some policy to prevent people making false claims, but it is poor customer service. Very disappointed. If you order from this store, check your order before leaving.

Partner picked up a couple of meals tonight on his way home as we've done before. He went in store (to peruse) and while a girl prepped our food she was being rushed to heat the food in the grill/oven by a guy there.
Result - home, just 2 minutes later, and our nachos were stone cold, cheese hardly melted. Disappointing as we've always had great hot food until tonight.
So whoever that guy was rushing food through (the store was pretty quiet) bad move.

Very disappointing. Paid $28 for nachos burrito and a drink. I also had added jalapenos. I did not receive my drink, nor did I get jalapenos. The burrito was soggy with far too much sauce. The one saving grace was the lovely girl on the speaker when I ordered.

Fairly generic western Mexican food. Its the definition of OK. Mexicans would be offended though.

Love zamby and such a great location close to me finally. Staff is fantastic and service is exceptional. Keep.doing the great work guys and keep serving me the bowls of Mexican goodness. Drive thru is honestly the most convenient ever and so glad the management invested in this. I highly recommend it.

It's good grub and you feel good when you eat it, if you're a big eater though you may be hungry still as even the largest meals are a little small.really needs a meal deal offer as there is no way to add a drink for a reasonable price.

It is wonderful and really delicious. I love the great food like the burritos and dos capas, and sometimes my mother likes to ask me to get nachos when I go there. I’ve even got my father to try it and he eats it sometimes too. Just try it - if you don’t like it, that’s fine. If you do like it, that’s great! And the best part is it’s near my house too, so I don’t have to drive that far to get some tacos! I cannot wait to go back!

Went through the Drive Thru and the guy serving was so helpful. I hadn't had Zambreros before and had some dietary requirements and he help me work out on the menu what I could have. When with the Beef Burrito in the end it was ready quickly. Gave 4 stars only because I would have preferred beef strips instead. Great to have a Drive Thru down south that sells some healthy delicious food!
