Zambrero Reynella

Store is drive through only after 10 pm. My husband's burrito was almost entirely rice - bland and meh. My vegetarian nachos also had almost no beans and could not find the hot chilli sauce amongst it that was ordered. For $30, a complete ripoff. Will go to G&G in future.

Taeh is very passionate about her job she actually took into Zambero memories lane. And introduced me to the new Menu.
For me Zambero is just quick meal to my next shift or before work. However i have always made time for the staff and their dedication so Thank you Taeh for your service

Ordered online, had to ask 3 times before they made the order, finally got it 20 minutes after when it was supposed to be ready

I love my vegetarian burrito from Zambrero, just its not good experience at this store, give 3 star just for food, didn't get nice customer service, i had to ask the girl to add bit more for all ingredients as just she just put only half spoon and rub hard on wrap, still didn't fill much in burrito usually its full of ingredients, didn't add sauce just one round and thats all.i ordered 3 burritos and a meal, she didn't wrap foil good, open from one side, plate use for making was not clean, tomato and onion stuck in foil as can see in picture. Very Bad service and bit rudely talk. Seems like a new employee, but the manager shouldv'e made sure she is well trained first. Really worst experience at this store. Would not recommend to anyone.

Zamberos is great. Reynella is a nice new restaurant, and it's massive.
The staff are friendly and really do a great job.
The young lad who served me was new and clearly nervous but did an amazing job.
Food was fresh and delicious.

My customer experience what horrific

it happened on a cloudy day and that week I was thinking about zambreros and I was so excited waited the whole week to get it and I asked for NO onion I actually checked twice with the staff and she said yes no onion and SHE PUT ONION IN MY BURRITO
I’ve never been so disappointed in my life it still makes me angry to this day.

Love love LOVED my zambrero, I decided to follow my idol (trisha paytas) and order myself a mukbang! (I just got my heart broken i deserve food for real) anyways I was a little insecure at the counter but this lovely server who only told me she had only been working there for a week made a beautiful burrito, quasedila, tacos, nachos, and bowl. A very memorable night for me which changed my perspective of life. LOVE YOU FOREVER ZAMBREROS REYNELLA (i came from port lincoln as my friend recommended it)

Have conservatively had the worse customer experience here it’s a joke. 15 minutes waiting in line with only 4 customers in-front staff don’t even pretend like they want to be there get regular nachos came with 12 Nacho chips would be embarrassed to run this shop

Just came here for dinner and got served by Kat. She’s so amazing and kind and pretty. This place is great.

I have gotten food poisoning twice from this restaurant, one of those it crooked me so bad I couldn’t appear on a massive day of my life. Almost 90% of my other orders have been wrong, over priced, cold, missing items, lazily put together, and I’ve even been lied too by the staff when asking them if they had made our order properly to double check before we drove home.

They never get it right unless we are standing in front of them at the counter. Drive through and Uber eats you may as well toss some dice as to whether they’ll have the consideration to put together basic, yet overpriced, food properly.
You’ll get better service from McDonald’s

Had a amazing experience with a lovely worker named Andre, showed me all the items on the menu and took the time to explain and elaborate on what his favourites were. Will be back new favourite restaurant

Severely impressed. Personally this was the top tier experience one could possibly have at a Mexican restaurant. The food was flavourful and well above standard. I was served by your employee Adam, who was delightful - full of energy and great to talk to. My burrito was perfectly wrapped and with quick service.

I had a horrible experience tonight. I came through the drive through at 11pm on a Friday night and ordered a bowl with black rice, guacamole and verde sauce and got none of it. How dare they charge extra when they didn’t even put the extras we asked for or sauce!? I also ordered quesadillas and wow… did the people working not know how to cook? The quesadillas were a mess, toasted for 2 seconds, we were the only people in line and they couldn’t get it right? ! The nachos I ordered also didn’t come with chipotle sauce, which we asked for!? If they were out of stock or whatever, they could have just told us instead of giving us less then what we paid for. Whoever was working at zambreros reynella at 11pm Friday the 11th… needs to actually be trained how to do their job or be fired. Such disappointing service from a food chain I actually liked.

Meh it's usually pretty okay, they're usually stingy on the fillings Tho. Last night my bf made it very clear only tomato and onion, NO CORN and they put only corn and no tomato and onion

I’m writing this after several bad experiences at Reynella Zambrero. Multiple aspects of the experience have made it frustrating and unpleasant, to the point where we will now actively avoid the store. In short, there is no consistency about the way the burritos are made, the service is exceedingly slow and mistakes commonly made. Different staff put different amounts of ingredients and this can seriously affect the end result. The same staff member will even put different amounts of ingredients or sauce on different burritos within the same order (I typically order between 3-5 at one time). The front of house is often poorly staffed and in all of my recent experiences by poorly trained, albeit enthusiastic and friendly, staff. Yesterday I visited the store and the front was staffed by one very friendly but painfully slow and inadequately trained staff member. I had to wait about 8 minutes to be served (they were the only two customers in the store as it was late in the afternoon) as he was chatting extensively with the customers ahead of me while slowly assembling their order… and then he was seriously overwhelmed by my order of 5 burritos. Other customers who appeared after me ended up leaning on counters or sitting on seats on their phones while they waited for my order to be completed. Happy to have an email conversation to further explain the issues I have encountered as they are too many to detail here. Suffice to say, the staff need more training on basic customer service and quality control is a big issue.

Had an amazing experience at zambreros tonight! The staff are so friendly and super quick but the food is such good quality.would recommend to anyone!

Ordered a burrito and nachos, the burrito was 100% incorrect when ordering they repeated it back twice correctly but still made it wrong!
They didn't seem very switched on when we where ordering.
When we called the store to fix the issue we where told to come back now (not an option as we where not near by now) or email the head office?
Great to see the customer service is just as good as the food!
