Zambrero Norwood

I really loved Zambrero, but unfortunately it all dependent on who makes it, and this time it was disappointing, I bought 2 nachos for almost 14 bucks each and basically all it had was chips, its not the first time, its disappointing to have some shity and stingy nachos/burritos and some other times you have some great food. I will not recommend zambrero anymore until they have same servings for everybody.

Good consistent burrito, all the toppings are so sloppy though. It's like having a soup wrapped in a tortilla, always get crushed corn chips to improve the texture.

They are so stingy, it all depends on who makes you the order, today my burrito was just a dissaster, i.e they cleaned the spoon with sour cream with the pot before getting it out, and same did they do with the guacamole, it’s sad that the quality of your food depends on who makes it.

I nice girl was quite friendly she was short and wore glasses once and once she didn't. They were nice glasses. They were tiffany and co. Please tell her i like them. Good burrito. Great burrito. Excellent burrito. Cheers x

We buy burritos from them all the time. They are always tasty. Recomeded them to my friends and they all loved it. When people say unfriendly service I don't get it. I think they expect the service they receive in fancy restaurants service in here. Any time I went there, staffs were always polite and give quick service as it's expected from a FAST food.
Also read something about one borrito was big and his was small. Dude, you probably ordered chikito instead of borrito.

Great burritos for a chain store. Used to love Guzman y Gomez, but this place is better in my opinion. Great selection of ingredients/additions, burritos are a great size and well worth the money! Will continue to go back for more.

Awesome food with a global social benefit. They are great for vegan options an choice. This store is particularly clean and the staff got a complex order from unsure customers perfectly right without fuss or attitude. Really appreciated as we had some first timers.
If I had to choose one food I had to eat for the rest of my life it would be a Zambrero vegan Burrito!

Friendly fast service, but in comparison with other Mexican chains, the burrito was lacking in a little punch. Still quite a good experience, would give it 3.5 stars if I could.:)

Food is very tasty and the staff are friendly. The higher price tag is easier to justify when part of the profit goes to feeding the hungry. Great job
