Absolutely terrible service the other night! The worker making my food had NO customer service qualities whatsoever, the meats were all dry and lukewarm, sad looking lettuce, scraping out the salsa bowls and then giving me some angsty attitude when i ask for extra fillings, DESPICABLE! As I went to sit down, I found all the tables were covered in MUCK and GRIME and the bin too was overflowing. NEVER AGAIN. PLUS I KNOW ALOT OF THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKED AND MADE BY WORKERS AND RELATIVES, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AND GET SOMETHING FROM THE KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN JOINT NEARBY, MUCH TASTIER!

Place is known for food poisoning went today at around 4pm to get a burrito, ended up vomiting while working from the burrito don’t come here unless you want food poisoning

I had this girl called Taleyah serve me on Sunday for my lunch and I received a really good service. My burrito was so good.

I've always heard great things about the Norwood Zambrero and had great customer service but this sunday i came in around lunch time and my server Taliya was absolutely wonderful. She made sure that i was happy with my burrito and she was very good at recommending things to add as it was my first time having something from Zambrero. She was very welcoming and bubbly and made my day, the burrito was amazing!

Food is terrific and cheap. Service not so much. Too many Uber eats being prepared out back to serve the long line out front. But staff friendly - just not very organised.

Very good restaurant, i literally crave the food constantly.absolutely love getting served by ruby, her customer service 100%

Ashanti made perfect big burritos that were incredibly anabolic and incomprehensibly delicious

I’ve been eating at Zambrero for 7 years. Always had a great experience. Been eating the IQ burrito for years, and just love it…
…until today, as the black rice has been replaced by another brand which is basically like white rice now. So disappointing!
Might need to find another place to eat at now…

Just ️ our local Zambreros! Our family’s favourite takeaway choice. Always delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. They look like they are happy to be at work!

Best Zambrero in town. Staff friendly, good for a quick chat, foods tasty and all for a good cause. What's not to love. Will definitely be back!

Do not go here. Literally the worst Zambs I’ve ever been to in my life. The worker literally looked liked I was holding a gun to his head when he was serving me. Tried to charge me $1.50 extra to put corn on nachos when I wasn’t getting tomato. And I paid $14 for about 6 corn chips and barely any toppings. Also gave my vegetarian friend someone else’s meat burrito. Never returning ever.

Look, it's delicious, but it's expensive. When I get charged for sour cream and/or guacamole, I'd like to receive more than just a tiny scraping.

Normally very nice, but yesterday's bowl was terrible! $23 and even though I picked guacamole, there was no guacamole. Two thirds of the bowl was OLD limp disgusting shredded lettuce! I craved a special treat after two days in hospital and this was an absolute waste of money. I doubt I will purchase again.

Absolutely snail pace service. Hire some more staff, one poor guy seemed to be running the whole show. Food is decent but cmon management get your act together.

I agree with Michelle Ricci. Today I experienced the same thing. No service without a mask on. Company policy! I had advised the girl I had a medical exemption. She insisted I go outside and order. I certainly went outside, did not order and went elsewhere. I will never return.

I read Zambreros reply to Michelle. It is absolute garbage. Protecting staff and patrons from what? Do you actually know the medical science behind it. Let me know give you some medical knowledge and I hope your staff are reading this because in actual fact you are putting them at health risk for wearing the mask.

Using those surgical or material masks get very grotty and they are counter productive because you are breathing out co2
and bacterial particals that get trapped in the mask. It also accumulates condensation of vapor.
That then attracts more bacteria and other pathogens that you inhale. Wearing surgical masks for more than 3 hours has never being recommended by the medical profession. Wearing cloth masks is even worse

Are they effective?
it's only maximum 30% effective.
Also the fact that people are breathing in their own co2 for hours, wearing the masks is actually making them more susceptible to getting sick from other illnesses because your body needs oxygen, pure oxygen!
and you want to call it a company policy LOL. People don't forget!

I dared to uber order a bowl. I asked for cutlery. Obvious reasons. $27 and forced to scoop into my mouth with my hands. They rang to ask to change my Gatorade flavour. I obliged. I rang for cutlery. They would do nothing. See pic for what I may scoop to my mouth with hands

Poor service, need better management skills from someone whose meant to be a “manager” your better off going to another Zamberos.

Have never had a bad feed here. Always hits the spot. Staff are awesome and friendly. Thanks for always being there for me zambies.

This store is great to go into to order and the staff are friendly, but every.single.time. I order on uber eats, there have been issues with my food. Hopefully the staff can improve on reading order specifications because it isn't that hard to get it right. Also a huge price difference between in store and uber eats on the same items?
