I had the bad experience ever! They charge so much and they rip off. I am never coming back here ever again I am not happy at all.

Inconsistent! The girl in the store on the 5 th of March was making the smallest burrito I’ve seen in the chain of stores. She sprinkled a tiny bit of cheese which I know isn’t the amount because I go there all the time. I asked for more and she grins and says $2 buddy. I’m 54 and not some kids buddy. The boys in there the week before were awesome and made a proper burrito. Never again. You should train your staff in consistency and discretion Callum.

My burrito was wrapped horribly by the staff there, she sort of just threw everything together and it completely came apart while I was trying to eat the burrito.

I have been going to this sombrero and others for years and use their loyalty stamps to get my free power which is what I usually order but today i was not allowed to use it because they said the stamps do not apply to power burrito.
On top of that there was a new person that could not wrap the burrito and when I opened from foil wrapping the fillings collapsed everywhere
Not happy at all and will not go to the Henley beach one again

Burrito, beans, no rice, double meat but it's a half scoop of each meat, guac, cream, lettuce, 3 salsas, 3 or 4 jalapenos, squeeze, trezigo. Nice.

Zambiez in general is pretty good food, I wouldnt say it is authentic but it is delicious mexican inspired food. I've gotten to know the staff at this location and they are great help.

First time. Had the chicken nachos. Wife had the rice bowl. We both really enjoyed our meals.
GF to boot on some of their menu items. Will definitely be returning to one of the franchises.

Food was so good, perfect for first time eaters and no down side only problem is for asians or other cultures they dont have strong spice.

Quantity of food is getting low day by day. One bowl not enough for 1 adult as it use to be. Too pricy for this low quantity, will not recommend to any one

Just sus the chicken when you come here, apparently a friend of mine got food poisoning despite me having the same chicken and not feeling sick. Otherwise it's a classic, convenient Zambies.

Not happy with how they make burritos. I mean I have eaten at other places also but henley beach one is not satisfactory.

Terrible food and lousy service! Stay clear! Don’t believe the reviews, they are fake! The people running the shop couldn’t care less about freshness or quality.

Love the food! Your staff rock! I just wish it was a little cheaper, then I would be there all the time. But, at the same time, I get it. At least some profits go to a good cause, so thanks for the charitable work! Over all, a good experience and highly recommended.

Great food and great service. The guy was super patient as me and my three family members asked about ingredients and choices. Overall, Zamb does the best mexican out of the chain stores in my opinion. Great stuff.

Huge wait while one person served and another was very obviously in the back and out of chicken and guacamole.at a Mexican food chain.they have one job x

Initially arrived with 2 people in front of me and no one behind me in the line. Waited in line for 40 minutes last night, ended up just walking out and just going elsewhere. Line Behind me went out the door, by the time they time they served the person two in front of me. There was 3 staff on, one hiding out the back doing nothing occasionally walking out to talk to the person serving, one fluffing around with dishes when they could clearly see it was busy and a poor bugger serving everyone and copping inpatient remarks. Pretty disappointing service, well pretty disappointed in the lack of service. Semaphore Zambies clearly the better store.

Just walked out after waiting a ridiculous amount of time! Two girls working only one girl serving when customers were very clearly waiting! Third bad experience with service at Henley beach.
