I got opposite of what I ordered through Uber eats. I asked for no guacamole and they gave my guacamole and no salsa or sour cream. They gave me beans when I specifically asked for no beans

Everytime I have ordered from this location the order is wrong, it’s not even anything special, just a chicken burrito bowl and it never has the correct toppings on it? Looks like staff may need a reminder on what is supposed to be provided on standard menu items

Whilst I enjoy meals from there, I would not be having black rice for the last hour of the business time. Rice stuck on the bottom gets hard and not eatable.

Staff should not serve those burnt rice and should replace it.

I swear people can't tell between a large and small or regular. Just ordered a regular got a small but she insisted that it was a regular. Not to mention the prices haven't been updated! If I got a regular and finished it within 6 mouth fulls I'd hate to see what their smalls are you know it's bad when they can't tell between the sizes I'll definitely be taking legal action. Such a rip off

I just went there to get a burrito bowl. The lady working there was not very good at making it. I ordered a large and she has given me a regular bowl.

Food is great and staff friendly. I like quiet places so the tables in the back are very handy to eat and chill.

Great food as always, made right Infront of you by nice staff members who deliver excellent service. The atmosphere is alright, but it's right next to the beach so great setting.

The staff were rude and disrespectful, they were whispering and talking about people who were in there. On top of the poor service, I got food poisoning from the chicken in my burrito and felt very sick. Don’t recommend

Zambrero food is always good, it's the subway of Mexican food. However, service can be slow.

Very depressed, said they were open until 2am and they were not. So sad just wanted my burrito please don’t lie

My partner and I just ordered some Uber eats, when it was delivered it was very cold and I had to re-heat it. I got the nachos and for almost 20$ it was very very small amount

I’ve had burritos from here many of times but went to order my usual and when it got to the sauces they were out of chipotle which maybe not alot to others but just threw me and didn’t taste right. A sign or staff letting you know when you walk in would be ideal.

Great staff, especially Angelika, she is always serving with a smile and gets my order perfect every time. Very good service

THE BIG BURRITO FILLS ME SO TIGHT I ONLY HAVE A SMALL STOMACH BUT NEEED THAT BURRITO INSIDE OF ME IT IS MY ONLY REASON TO LIVE ON MY KNEES EATING BURRITO

Second time in a row of food being slapped together, items missing from order, and massive chunks of onion (including skin) in the mix. Would NEVER order from here again.

Loved the food. A young gentleman named Sam served me, he made it a marvelous experience! He was very kind and great to chat to while he made my order. He recommended I add guacamole and lime, made the burrito that much better! Such great customer service at such a young age I was very impressed and will be back again!

I usually don't write feedback unless the food taste n quality is not in -ve.
Just took barrito bowl, last tym I had it from City zembraro black rice was not mandatory it was optional. But I had to pay extra for white rice. The black rice was not even properly cooked.half raw.the mayo was bitter in taste like it was very old. I had worse burrito bowl ever, I was in fever and decided to go for zembraro and it made my mouth taste worse.

Good customer service. Just music was too loud to hear the staff who were speaking while wearing masks (Which is mandatory). The food was great.

The food was fantastic, but it is really unfair on the staff if there are only 3 people rostered on - on a night where the line is going out the door, and half a dozen ubereats drivers sitting down waiting for their orders.please prioritise the sanity of your staff over ubereats.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but one of the employees who served me gave really bad customer service. They hardly filled up my bowl and put the bare minimum of contents in. Then at the end when they rung me up, they ended up charging me $9 more than what my whole order was supposed to be.
I hope someone can train their employees on how to give better customer service and memorise their pricing so mistakes like this happen less often.
