I visit this restaurant almost every day and am always blown away by the amazing customer service by the girls here. Great burritos, best store in adelaide

Great burritos, but bad luck if you visit when the adjacent shopping centre is closed. NO TOILETS! We got directed to the park a couple hundred metres to the south, where I found a dog-poo-bag dispenser which was the best I could find to get my young daughter out of her discomfort. I expect better than this in a first-world country.

Just ordered 2 chicken wraps through menulog. We received 1. No docket attached. Dont know if the driver or the store is responsible and frankly dont care. Store accepted responsibility on a phone call 2 minutes after delivery. We like Zambreros food, but given that with both uber and menulog we have had 3 orders incorrect out of about 6. No more uber or menulog.

Best burritos out of all of the chains! It would be great to see more eco friendly & LESS plastic bottles options in your stores.

Cans and glass bottles preferred.

We normally get great service here, but not yesterday. Short girl, long dark hair in a pony tail. I didn't get her name because as soon as I paid, she turned her back on me and walked away before I had a chance to ask for a receipt. Her demeanour and customer service skills were really lacking. Her care factor was set at zero. We ordered 2 vegetarian burritos (she asked us what meat we'd like) innocent mistake, but she just couldn't be bothered with helping us build them. All of our questions were met with a thousand yard stare and zero hospitality, she was like a robot. We walked out of there not really knowing what we'd just ordered because we couldn't really understand her and she was in no mood to help us out. I think that this girl needs some more customer service training, as there was another young girl in there that was putting her to shame, really lovely and chatting and helping customers and making suggestions etc. Next time we'll wait until we can be served by her instead!:)

Always consistent with the food. Once again I'll add that I havnt visited a bad zambrero ever.

Awesome food. Great staff. Love the fact that every meal you buy they donate a meal to aid world hunger.

Went there Saturday 1st of June with the family, the power burrito was no bigger than the normal burrito which we brought as well, I have got this combination many times at other Zambero restaurants, disappointing considering the extra cost probably won’t go to this franchise store again

10/10 stars. Been here a few times and every time the burritos are always top tier. Today I had a woman with blue hair serve me and my partner and she wrapped the burritos amazingly. Nothing fell out and it was full time the brim.
I would happily drive 20 minutes to get a burrito from this store. Easily best zambies in the state.

Had 2 burritos for lunch on national burrito day, was delicious and worth it.but I think I might need to skip dinner.

This is my 7 year old sons favourite place. He loves Zambreros so much he is counting the years before he is allowed to work there! The staff are friendly, the food is fresh and healthy. Everyone wins!

Food is the highest quality every time I visit; staff go out of their way to ensure my meal is prepared to perfection. Not only is the food amazing but the restaurant is always super clean. The friendliest bunch of girls on staff at all times, they are always happy to have a great conversation and take the time to recall past conversations to build a good relationship with their customers. The only Zambies I go to now, cannot recommend enough!

Really good little burrito franchise. Staff are friendly and time efficient when making your food. Not too costly but very tasty. I have it once a week and look forward to it.

I know every Zambrero should be the same but for some reason the food always tastes 100x better here! The staff are awesome and i'm addicted!

If you are going to stay open till 10, don't be to lazy to provide the full range of toppings. Service was appalling and was over charged.
