Zambrero Brickworks reviews
57 Always on point with customer service and food quality.
Can’t go wrong with this place.
Only get via uber so can't comment on customer service however food is always great. Burritos and salad bowls
Easy to park and it's open till late.there service is pretty much quick on most of the occasions
Me and my wife were there last night to grab dinner around 10: 08pm 07/02/2022.
We were served by a young lady.
Who was way too rude.
Hated to pack dinner for us.
She was like throwing food in that takeaway bowl.
No respect, she doesn’t know how to look after her customer.
She has treated us with least respect.
She was even commenting on us with her colleague when we were leaving.
I couldn’t grab her name, as she didn’t have a name badge.
All I can remember is she is probably around 5ft with ash coloursih hair.
Will never go back there if she is there.
I have been there heaps of times.
Never had an issue.
This zambies is really quick with serve time, and the manager (celmari) is the best with coustumer service
Like others have mentioned, this place can be a hit or a miss. One of the girls who took my order seemed quite inattentive. Screwed up my order and then proceeded to give attitude, the f? Sometimes my burrito isn’t wrapped properly too. The last straw for me was when one of the workers was making a burrito and she used her hands to dust off the board next to her and then proceeded to make my food without changing her gloves. That was absolutely disgusting to see. I think management should get that checked out?
Edit: Oh and please consider cleaning the place? There are too many flies man.
I love the burritos at Zambrero awesome food, everything fresh and we'll put together, highly recommend
Really feral staff, I was yelled at for no mask, even though I have an exemption. No need to act so vile. I'll never eat here again, btw you cant even roll a burrito
Rated this Zambero's a 3/5 because it's touch and go. Sometimes I go there and get amazing service and very well made food. The rest of the times I get bad service and ingredients in my burrito that I don't want cause they aren't listening.
Even though all in all its the same meal everytime it makes a difference when the employee actually asks if you want guac or sour cream before just assuming you do!
Best ever Mexican place on the planet along with Golden Grove and Modbury Stores! SA represent!
Forgot my wallet like a goose and the wonderful person behind the counter explained to me how i could order the food for pick-up online and patiently waited for me to put through my order instead of making me go home and get my card.the burrito was delicious and the wait only made it better?
Yummy, We went at closing time but everything still felt soo fresh - Quick Service and could do bit of mix and match Chicken/Pork
No jalapeños
No Chipotle
The lady on the register was beyond rude. When I asked for my Menulog pick up she ignored me then when I asked again she went to hand it over and pulled it back and asked my name. I said my name then she asked to see the order. It was all correct and she basically threw it at me to take away
This was at 2: 28 today
Two other females came from the back and ignored me and served the people behind me
Disappointing I go there fortnightly the female on register just lost a regularly
A Zambrero is always good go to Mexican food for me. Almost all of the staff is really nice and has got good etiquette’s for a person in front end food business. Try different combinations of salsas and sauces with filling. You’ll be surprised how one thing could change the whole taste. (Tip: try two sauces at a time)
Franchisee Mexican eatery at the Brickwork Market Shopping centre. Fresh and healthy ingredients with friendly smiling staff at the counter. Extremely helpful assistant with the menu, specially with the choice of the ingredients for the build your own bowl. Clean environment.generated quantity with a fair price. However, the favour needs a wow factor in it. It needs a good seasoning and maybe add some herbs and spices into the meat and bean mash to grab tasters’ attention. A return of customer is the main key success for any hospitality eateries. Just a few tips to improve on.
Full of flavor and variety. Clean. Something for everyone. Spicy or not. Take away service or eat at the table and chairs inside or out. Parking available. Playground nearby. Each meal purchased means a meal will be donated to developing countries.
Awesome service, went with a friend who is celiac and immediately was offered to have our orders prepared by 2 separate staff as I'm not celiac. Very impressed, friendly staff, food was great as always, my favourite fast food. Also love the company ethos of providing a meal for those in need when we purchase from them, need more altruistic businesses like this.
I love the food, they caterer those who wants or have to have only a very mild in spices. Staff are very friendly. Food taste as good as it smells. As I have some places the taste doesn't match the smell
I am regular customer at this store and unfortunately from last few visits consistently I am getting half cooked hard black rice which ruined the dinner pretty much and ended up eating something else.
Plus new guy is very stingy and slow.
And do you ask all the customers if they were there to pick up uber eats?
Also guys there is no point of emailing because they never reply.
We are very regular with this store but unfortunately had a bad experience today. I went around 7.30pm and placed a simple order of 3 chicken and 1 lamb burritos. I was told bluntly that lamb was not ready and would take 20 minutes so I could try something else. Lamb burrito is my favourite so I was more than happy to wait for them to prepare. Returned after half an hour and was told that now rice was gone so they needed time for that. Finally got my order of 2 chicken and 2 lamb but on arrival at home we found that rice was half cooked and was very hard to chew. We had to practically throw away all and the whole Friday evening got spoilt as now we are just having bread for dinner. I called up the store to inform and was told that manager will most likely call up on Monday to address it. To top it all, I need to have a gmail ID to provide review.
Overall very sad experience.
