Disappointed… forgot half of my order today. With Killing customers small items won’t make you rich.not customer friendly store.wouldn’t recommend at all

Found a cockroach looking thing right in the middle of my burrito bowl in between the salad and the rice. Almost ate the thing Unfortunately had to throw the whole order out after this since the food all comes out of the same trays at the store, hoping the owner can make things right if reading this.

Very poor effort at food safety/hygiene.

My order was made by charlotte. She was very nice and very helpful. Amazing job. Deserves a pay rise.

It's zamberos there's not much to say apart from its good, also atmosphere is rated low because you don't eat the food there

The really tall guy served me around lunch time, he was really nice and made a great burrito. Would recommend.

Easy parking. Enough outdoor dining space but food and service was average. I had cauliflower burrito and it was all messed.

Great Mexican food. Definitely worth a visit. There is Outdoor seating. Situated in Brickworks Marketplace. Busy at lunchtimes and they deliver thru Menulog.

Keep giving this zambies a chance and am almost always disappointed.rice is NEVER cooked and is always hard and seriously undercooked

Horrible horrible customer service. Arrived at the shop around 9pm last night to get my dinner. As I walked in there were three workers at the station. One was servicing a man making something and the other two were two young females. As I walked in I was given nasty looks by all of them and wasn’t even greeted with a “hey sorry won’t be a moment be with you soon” or anything of the sort just nasty nasty looks. I waited for for a while thinking maybe they’re just busy I will wait. And wait. And wait. And I was continued to be ignored. I was so confused and I walked out the shop to see if anything else around was open to get food from because I was being straight up ignored by your staff. I walked back in to think well just give it another go maybe they’re not busy anymore. Walked back in and was greeted with the exact same nasty looks and the two young girls looked at eachother and snickered to eachother like I was such an inconvenience to them being there 2 hours before the store closed? People may have bad days but you separate that from work. I could’ve been in out and gone if I was just greeted and served when I first got there and they could’ve been back to slacking off in no time. This is my local and I’ll never be going back here and neither will anyone that I’ve told this experience to. Nasty.

Ordered a small wrap off of Uber eats, received the wrap and it was a chicken wrap with beans and jalapeños, even though I specifically asked for pulled pork and no beans and no jalapeño as I am allergic to the beans. I’m so disappointed ️

Really nice staff, some new trainees I assume are not the best but normal staff are great. Highly recommend and complete my annoying order very well.

After coming to this Zambrero for years, I had been happy with the service and food quality. However, over the past several months this has not been the case. The service has not been too bad but the quality of food has really changed. After being let down over and over again, it is time for me to move on and accept that things may never change at this place. I have lost complete confidence in the food quality and quantity. The rice is regularly too salty, oily or overcooked, and the beans are overcooked too. When ordering guac, its always a gamble depending on who serves it up. You'll either get a little dollop or a healthy scoop. God forbid you ask them to top it up, because you'll get eyeballed or have the staff request more $ for it. As a consumer, I would appreciate consistency, if not all the time, then for the majority. Nevertheless, I hope you can pick things up and go back to the thriving consistent reliable business you once were.

Great good and customer service. We had some chicken tacos and the taste was so yummy.
Will go there again and recommend to others.

We've been coming to this Zambreros for years, but after months of bad experiences here, tonight was the last straw. We will be taking our business elsewhere. The staff were rude and need training in customer service, the meat was cold (both pork and chicken), and I ordered "big" burritos - but upon getting home realised they're only regular, so we're still hungry. The portion sizes and quality seems to be dwindling from visit to visit, and the prices only rising. Good luck.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went there for lunch. Ordered and paid $13.90 for nachos and girl put barely any toppings on. Was still hungry after I had eaten them and had to purchase more food just to stop feeling hungry. I’m not a big eater but the amount on there was meagre. Don’t visit here if you are hungry. Rip off and frugal with the food. Very disappointed, won’t be going back: (

I’ve been visiting this Zambies few times. And so far when I ordered things the way the wrap it is abit messy and it tastes abit off not sure why probably because the wrap was abit overdone.

Also I ordered a Big Burrito and it looks like I was given a regular size. It doesn’t looks like it was filled in propery and leaving me with heaps of wraps left to eat and it just didn’t bring in the apetite anymore. Definetly my lasts visit to this store.

Another good Zambies! We ate in, and in that time period (between 5.45 and 6.15) only about 4 other people ordered.

Excellent for a light lunch & was able to take my dog Murphy as there is an undercover outside area to eat.

I have been a regular customer, at this store in particular, since it has opened and unfortunately from last few visits, I will not be returning. Last night was the last straw when I received a burrito with STONE COLD ingredients (pinto beans, rice and meat). This has not been the only occurrence, however, this last experience, topped with poor customer service (from the short staff member working) is unacceptable. It is clear that the heated elements have been turned off prior to closing - not sure what for? Think some staff retraining on food health safety is in order. Some people just aren't cut out for customer service roles either which was evident - but food safety was my main concern here. Why am I eating warm ingredients that are colder than the fresh stuff? Thank you to the lovely staff over the years - they know who they are but good riddance.

Great service, I often ring ahead to get it made quicker & jump the queue.
Always makes me feel healthy. Its me go to.
