This food was really wonderful and a cool atmosphere, however their booking system is very strange. Everyone who arrived for the 7pm sitting were all waiting outside while they cleaned tables and cleared other people. I think a staggered system would be much better. This also meant the food took a while to come out, also, the floor is really slippery lol and they have a very strange toilet?

We ordered the omakase set menu and were blown away by every course. The soft shell crab, kara-age and beef tataki entrees were beyond description, the sashimi serving was incredibly generous and our mains were exceptional. By far though, the best was dessert. Their Japanese cheesecake with black sesame ice cream is now my favourite dessert of all time.

We left in the most blissful food haze. Thank you for a great birthday dinner!

The food is fantastic and the service is excellent. Make sure you try the popcorn shrimp with soy mayo. Trust me.

A pretty stock standard experience. We shared 2 meals - Katsu Chicken Curry, and the sweet soy beef. The meat was great but the stir fry veggies were bland, tasteless, and kinda pale? The cabbage was nice with the Katsu though. Might have to come back to try the sushi, but for now, not my fave.

We had a large booking for my daughter's 18th on a normally quiet Tuesday. Despite being unexpectedly crazy busy the staff handled everything with absolute professionalism and the food was completely without compromise. All staff were incredible, the cocktails perfection and the food amazing. A couple of very minor hiccups (most likely my fault for butchering the pronunciation of our orders) were handled promptly and perfectly.thank you

The restaurant is located few kilometres from Stirling in a green and lovely spot.
The food was authentic, delicious and well presented. The service was quick snd good. The staff were so professional and friendly. The sushi platters were the best. The decor, atmosphere and the food match in a beautiful way.
The prices are reasonable. A must try restaurant for Japanese food lovers. Well done to the team.

We made a booking for dinner on Saturday. I think you definitely need to book a table to come here on the busy nights.

Foods good, but service is slow. We have been twice & they always bring out only 1/2 the meals, then we waited for another 25 mind for the remainder.

I had a great experience at Yuki in the Hills. The food was delicious, prepared quick and served very beautiful. Staff were very polite, knew when we needed service, shows they are very attentive and care for their customers.
10/10 will be back to try the rest of the menu

Beautiful food and excellent service in a gorgeous hills location. Everything is fresh and authentic and the menu boasts the best of the best top shelf ingredients including some of the finest sashimi you're likely to find in SA. Quite pricy compared to other Japanese restaurants of the same quality in the city, and the ramen broth was totally flavourless so maybe stick to the sushi, seems to be what they do best.

We enjoyed our meal at Yuki in the Hills. The staff was attentive and personable. The food was delicious and the serve size was decent and good value for money. We will definitely return. Thank you for a pleasant evening.

I went to the restaurant beautiful Sunday afternoon with hubby and doggy. Outside tables were all full tho, staff was making other table for us. All staffs are friendly and good service. They have Japanese OMOTENASHI spirits. Food are very authentic and delicious. Just one little thing tho, wagyu tataki was coming last. Starter food should be served us first.

The quality of Sushi is great, however the kitchen for lunch closes sooner than what it shows (says 3 pm, but if you enter around 2: 30 they tell you kitchen closed)

Dishes were all nice and lovely. Missing the last star due it all taking awhile to all come out.

One of my favourite places to eat in the hills! Inviting atmosphere, friendly staff and a great selection of authentic Japanese food. Seasonal menu updates means there is always something new to try.

Booked via Messenger, very easy and owners are responsive even with change requests out of their opening hours. They also have an online booking system. Would imagine calling would be the best option for instant response. Love the decor and interior, looks authentic! Matcha red bean cake is by far our favourite ️ sushi and sashimi are amazing. Soba noodles and combination katsu were great. Tonkatsu ramen is average. Definitely would recommend and will be back for future date nights!

Gorgeous restaurant. Ate here with my husband and we were absolutely in love with it. I had the Katsu Chicken and he had the Teriyaki Chicken, both were exceptional. Beautifully presented meals and peaceful setting. Staff were friendly and inviting. Will eat in again and cannot recommend enough
