A place my family enjoys visiting everytime, spend a heap of cash, then settle down in the cafeteria to a beautiful cuppacino and a citrus tart

Excellent service by Farham in Lazy Boy chairs. He showed us all the chairs available and all their advantages and disadvantages. He's a really lovely young man and an asset to Wohlers. We were glad to do business with this excellent company. Loved the free Coffee after shopping. A lovely touch.

Wonderfully experience with staff that are knowledgeable, coffee was also good in the cafe.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Richmond Store looking at various options for Lounges. Incredibly helpful staff thanks Browyn, I will looking at options. I bought some homewares while at the store. Great experience.

Very beautiful inside with wonderful staff that can't do enough to help you. They stock some very delightful items & or gifts

A beautiful store with friendly and attentive service. A good selection of giftware adorns the front of the store along with a cafe offering coffee, cake, and light meals. Local brands of beds and furniture along with other Australian and international options are on view in the showroom. An excellent range of Lazyboy furniture to browse completes the Wohlers experience

Terrible no customer service at all, waited 9months for lounge and it arrived with blood stain and a pulled thread took many phone calls and weeks before someone came out to remove them. The lazyboy recliner lounge is shabby not made well at all 2 seater had one arm longer than other, told it was within specifications? After many complaints and chasing phone calls that were never returned by manager a upholstery fixed that problem but lounge will not last not worth the $4,000 we paid.
My mother also ordered two recliners, also delivered with smeer of resin on headrest. After many phone calls again cheeky sales guy Nick said he had organised to send the delivery guy back and he would remove stain and said that's what he had to offer. I told him after paying so much for scotchguard to be done it was going to be done by that compay, who did the stain protection. I contacted David manager he was useless, so I organised Guardsman to come, which they did within a day and removed it.
I will never set foot in Wohlers ever again, the worst customer service anywhere. Also fabric is already not wearing well is showing wear after 3 months. And what has Mr Wohler done about it nothing because he doesn't care.

Very bad customer response.

Manager was very rude. After finalizing product came and told that marked price is wrong. Told that cannot take orders at this price and "it is what it is". Worst customer service by a Manager.
Will never come back.

This store is definitely full of surprises. Looking for sofas and purchased a beautiful handbag and some other random things. Love it.

Went to Wohlers today looking for something very specific and special that we haven't been able to find anywhere else. The staff there were so friendly and went out of their way to help us find the perfect item. They have such a great range of items from plush to furniture. In my opinion, they are definitely worth a look if you're searching for something different from what the usual big box stores sell.

We love having lunch here. Friendly staff. Nice walking around the shop and looking at the furniture.

Wohlers' assistant was extremely helpful and patient! She made suggestions and helped us find the right Lazyboy chair for our needs. I would be most happy to recommend them to everyone, especially those with an elderly person looking for a comfortable rocker/recliner.

The staff are so friendly and helpful the quantity of stock they have is awesome the range of stock is wonderful especially at Christmas time it's more sparkly than the magic cave love it

My wife loves visiting wholers stores when we go for a drive. They have a wide range of knickknacks. She always stocks up with their lavender sprays. On our last visit she bought lots of Christmas decorations.

Great store with a large selection of gift ideas. In particular went there for the Christmas decorations and were thrilled at all the quality goods.

Always great gifts for yourself and loved ones. The Christmas decoration area is in pride of place as you walk through the door. Helpful and knowledgeable staff assisted with my choice of purchase, I was also gifted a free coffee. One of my favourite stores in Richmond or Tanunda.

Couldn't find what I wanted here and staff was hard to locate amongst all the stock for sale. Heaps of Christmas goodies, jewellery and other home decor available, and the furniture range is very good. Don't think I enjoyed my visit here as much as I used to a few years ago; very crowded.

Bought a tray servery on wheels. Looked throughout a beautifully set up store. Coffee & scones to finish

Lovely staff, but they are very old school. Takes them ages to find out whether they have stock or not. Don't even carry iPad around.

Beware of purchasing floor stock items! They won't accept returns! They'll write it on the paper work, but wont inform you verbally!
