Great service! And! The best variety of gluten free options I've ever seen on a menu, including offering a separate - and free - serving of gluten free chips. Thank you from the coeliac!

Friendly staff, tables and place clean. Fish, chicken wrap, pasta and steak all tasted nice. The avocado in the pasta for lunch was different, same with the spring onion in the dianne sauce being so chunky was very different. Overall keep up the good work.

Was staying over the weekend, was promised a $100 bond, but front desk never gave up our bond back and instead made us page another $30 on an error the imbosills at reception made, was woken up in the morning for a room transfer, furniture was crusty and light bulbs literally blew up in our face!

Stayed at this hotel a few times and has simple, clean and tidy rooms. The restaurant is nice and the staff are friendly.

Lovely service, but was quite upset to find my family and I were placed in a cockroach filled room without being informed of this before entering the room, I’ve used this hotel for years but I’ve never experienced this

Clean spacious rooms, good price: unfortunately the chef (cook) at the time (early 2018) had no idea what a $25.00 pasta meal serving should look like. Was the size of a kids meal in proportion, very disappointing for the price. I complained to the chef and was ignored and offered nothing was trying to help him, hope things are better in the kitchen now

Quality accommodation help full staff great cheap meals relatively secure parking free continental breakfast cheap cooked breakfast.

Rooms were generally clean, staff were for the most part friendly, food was quite overpriced, almost $19 for bacon and eggs.

Soft as heaven sheets, sweet as pie cleaners, complimentary biccys. Need I say more? I think not.

Good feed at a good price. Not really an extensive lunch menu. Cold beers on tap at a reasonable price.

Went to the Westlands Hotel Motel for dinner. The service and food was perfect. Couldn't fault it.

Lovely menu, huge beef schnitzel and toppings not stingy either. Always a big range of salads to choose from and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful lunch or dinner.

Service was ok, waiter struggled to understand what on the rocks meant. Food was good and cooked well

Clean hotel room, stayed in a spa room which looked a little dated but the bed was comfortable!

The main bar has a cracky feel to it and it feels like trouble is lurking in the shadows.
The Barmaid was off chops! V but hey who am i to judge.
Restaurant is good though and the meals are value for money.

Good accommodation with excellent restaurant with range of pub fare. Kitchen willingness to cater for diets such as 'Vegan' was refreshing in a regional area.
