Not highly recommended.was ok but from tonight it took 10 min to bring entrees out then staff wasn't notified that we were waiting on main so it took an hour to eat we had 4 prawns for entree and we were pretty hungry.not my first choice for eating out

Clean room, comfortable bed, shower could be improved though! Kids liked the pool though, reception was great though

Messed up orders, forgot orders. Can't really handle busy times or big tables of 30 people plus other customers. Staff didn't know the difference in beers.

The taps in the bathroom could be updated as they were hard to open and close but the room was very comfortable

Spent 3 nights here. Room and bathroom was large and spacious. Small sink, microwave and kettle. But no cooking allowed so no knives and forks. Free continental breakfast available or cooked breakfast you pay for. Room service is an extra $10. Àll staff were amazingly friendly.

We stayed there for 2 nights very friendly staff room was clean and pleasant it was just like being at home

Had a few meals here. Today I had Korean sesame beef stir fry with vegetables and Singapore noodles from their lunch menu. It looked nice when it came, but after I had a few bites, I discovered that there were only a few noodles in the plate, which was very disappointing, the rest were all vegetables and beef. The flavour was nice, but it was a bit too salty and had too much sauce. The service was friendly, and they have a nice, big dining area with some soft seats around the place which was comfortable.

Had the seafood plate and it wasn't great. Prawns were rubbery and the fish was average at best.

It's all good to see that you are just a few people in the community that have a great time to play with the kids

Always a good stay here. Pool is great, breakfast is a nice touch. Rooms are reasonable and will fit a family of four with a 9 and 6 year old.

Super clean, great rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommend Westland Hotel plus off street parking.

No place to park car no mirror in room no security safe room clean but very tired an not a business room very very standard.

This was our second time staying at the Westland Hotel Motel. Had a great time. Both times we were upgraded. The room was large with 2 queen size beds. Beautiful bathroom, well lit. Air/con/heater which was welcomed as it was freezing outside. Breakfast included in dining room. Great place to stay and would recommend.

Stayed just the one night but a big, comfy room and bed, strong hot shower and very clean and quiet despite lot of guests. Great continental breakfast included and internet and Foxtel. Bit of rubbish left behind in a drawer by previous guest but no big deal. Very good staff service. You could do a whole lot worse than stay here
