Utopia @ Waterfall Gully

I was quite disappointed with the customer service for what should have been a happy event. Most staff looked like they weren't happy to be there.

We’ve spent the arvo at the cafe for my friend’s 40th birthday party.
The food and coffee was great. However one of the staff wasn’t friendly and she’s started to move the tables around to prepare the area for the next party.
She didn’t wait until we had left and it caused lots of noise while we were still eating.

Hadn't been for years. Service has really dropped. Took forever to bring our food and then didn't bring meals out together for my friend and I. Awkward. Beautiful scenery though. Get a takeaway and go look at the waterfall.

A beautiful location, amazing food, and very friendly staff! Recommend the slow braised wallaby, Japanese pork belly pancake, and smoked beef quesadilla. The food (and sparkling Pinot Noir) was so good we forgot to take photos.

Fish wasn't very fresh this time. It was really fresh last time I had the same meal. My husband enjoyed his meal though. Friendly staff and fast service. Please only use fresh fish in future

We were married here on the 10.11.2018 and we would like to thank ALL the staff that made our day perfect, The food was amazing, the venue was decorated perfectly, the staff were extremely attentive and always had a smile on their face, thank you for a perfect day. We very highly recommend this gorgeous chalet and gardens.whether its breakfast or a special occassion or a wedding or even just a stroll through the gardens with a scone and coffee after definitly a place everyone needs to visit.

My friend Helen and I always look forward to our reward after climbing Mt Lofty each week. (Scone and Coffee.) Coffee is great and made exactly as we like, even for us fussy coffee drinkers. I challenge you to find a yummier tasting scone in Adelaide, they are absolutely delicious!
The staff are all exceptional with their amazing service, especially Bernie and Andrew, they both really do stand out! We like it how everyone remembers our names.
The Owner/Manager Justin treated us both to free scones and a coffees as a way of saying thanks for being loyal customers. Thank you, Kelly and yourself have thought of everything here.

My husband and I went to have a brekkie here couple of weeks back. The food was too good and very reasonable. It was quite cold in the morning and unfortunately we had to sit outside. Would recommend a booking before visiting this place.

We had our wedding here. Everything was perfect. Staff were very accommodating and the day went off without a hitch. Beautiful scenery. We've been in Summer Autumn and Spring and every season added a beautiful aspect to the grounds.

Great meals, beautiful surrounds. My son and his lovely wife got married there and it was awesome.
