Utopia @ Waterfall Gully

My partner and I had our wedding here recently and could not recommend it highly enough. From the initial contact through to the planning meeting, the wedding itself and the follow up after, everything has been exceptional.

Kelly and her team at Utopia were amazing, so friendly and no request to big. They’re warmth and hard work really helped make the day so stress free and made for a perfect day. All the guest had a wonderful time and remarked about the service and the food, which when added to the stunning location and charm of the chalet on the hill, it was truly a magical experience.

To anyone looking for a wedding or celebration, this is definitely a place to highlight. I know my partner and I look forward to returning in the future

I had my wedding at Utopia last year and we have attended multiple other times for coffee and food. Every time my husband and I have been we have only ever been met with the nicest customer service and great quality food. Even my wedding guests commented on how lovely everyone was. The staff here are very accomodating for vegetarians / vegans too which always makes my experience great. I couldn't have asked for a better venue for my wedding, they made everything really stress free with their packages. Looking forward to visiting again soon, especially on our anniversary.

My partner took me here and the food was amazing, not to mention the beautiful location! The fried chicken and halloumi burger was incredible! The chocolate milkshake I had was delicious! I will definitely be returning! They offer a high tea option which I would love to try next time!

Had meals there before and was always nice but our last visit wasn't that thrilling with a high tea that was a bit disappointing with 3 people in our party being anti alcohol we were served scones with plum & bourbon jam & cream with no warning of bourbon being in the jam which to me made it taste off, should have just had the chicken burger instead, it looked fantastic. But we had a great seat in the annex with the autumn view spectacular as ever.

Had a wonderful brunch with my Mum this morning. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The pancakes were divine, and Mum's scones were HUGE, fluffy and fresh. Coffee of course was great too. Thank you!

Manager needs to learn how to speak appropriately to customers. I understand there's a protocol but she needs how to speak courteously and not in a patronising and rude way. Left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Utopia is lovely with very friendly and helpful staff. The High Tea was beautiful and great value

Food quality was very bad, baked beans mashroom very bland I recommend dont go there if you like your breakfast but if you like the view go

We celebrated a birthday here and the venue was excellent! The catering was awesome - the organisers were always on top of everything and the food was simply marvellous. With the stunning views and hospitable service, this was definitely one of the most memorable birthday celebrations. Cheers!

Should have more food considering online it says all day dining. Arrived there just before 3pm but unfortunately kitchen was closed.

What an amazing place and staff are first rate. We had the high tea which was wonderful with homemade treats

Lovely and committed staff who are very helpful! Beautiful setting.
The only bad thing is the lack of carparking. It's a horrible mess of a carpark near the restaurant. There are no spaces.

We were there for wedding rehersal, very busy, we've had lunch and coffees, nice food, coffee and service. Looking forward to the wedding on Sat, hopefully the weather will be nice.

Out of the way only 15-25 minutes from the City of Adelaide. This cafe is absolutely magical, even when it is wet it fills up with warmth inside through delicious coffee and scones. The staff were very friendly and a delight to be served by. If you’re visiting or live near by do yourself a favour and come visit.

We had our wedding here but had been here for food previously to sample for the wedding. Awesome all round.

I love this location and the beautiful setting. The food and service is also nice. We have been there many times and keep going back.

Such a wonderful team who really go above and beyond to make your event special! We emailed back and forth for months nutting out all the smaller details and they were so flexible with our requests and dietary requirements.

A big 'Thank you' to Stephen and staff from Utopia, for making my 60th celebration such a beautiful occasion. The tables looked beautiful, the food was delicious and service 'first rate'. Your communcation was clear and accommodation of my requests appreciated. My guests have all said that they thoughly enjoyed their High Tea experience at Utopia. I highy recommend Utopia as High Tea experience.

My husband and I came here for a lunch date and had a lovely experience, so we took our grandma and Auntie back for a High Tea. Experienced the same genuine, lovely customer service and beautiful food, in gorgeous surroundings. Lovely memories created.
