44 Truly one of South Australia’s worst businesses
In my opinion lied about a job description to claim a more expensive repair and didn’t communicate costs before transaction and left me with unexpected invoices
I’d rather swallow a spoon than hand over money for over priced and under worked invoices
Had issue with gate and the guy who came to attempt to repair stayed about an hour and was not able to do anything after that time. I was charged for the full hour and an extra charge for apparently an extra 15 minutes.
I have been able to find another company who came and within less than 1/2 hour replaced the board and I have now a functioning gate
The quote that I had been given after their attempt to repair from total gate was also very expensive and not including actual service
I have now found a great company that are looking after their customer
Doing business with these guys is hard. They file emails accepting quotes without acting, you have to follow them up to get any action, appointment times are made yet techs turn up at different times, or worse they simply don't turn up. And they're expensive. Look elsewhere.
Had these guys fix my roller door and they did a great job. Works like a dream now. Fantastic people to deal with - would highly recommend.
