Delicious chicken schnitzel and equally awesome chips that came with it. The salad bar comes with the meals so you can pick and choose what you want and what little (or more) you want. Lovely, friendly staff. Top notch.
My partner, who works in a restaurant, had the same meal and claims the schnitzel is as good as what her boss makes
Never had a meal there but the day I was in the Woodcroft had many people in the bistro and I notice a large veggie and salad bar, which I enjoy every time i eat out. The only thing a negative for me was a small Tab oulet which I enjoy a punt.
Overall experience of the Woodcroft Hotel was very positive. They had a good selection of menu items ranging from the standard chicken schnitzel through to a beef brisket. To go with the main meals they offer a hot and cold salad bar selection. The beer and wine list is extensive and celebrates the great South Australian craft beer offerings.
