64Worst food I've had in a loooooong time. Had to buy food on the way home. Don't buy dinner twice.
Food.fresh, generous, tasty & fast.
Service.pleasant, helpful.

Staff demanding masks as a greeting, insisting on seeing exemptions, poor attitude afterwards, just generally not treated pleasantly.
Our group walked out without buying meals.
We went to another venue and were served with smiles, accommodating staff and amazing food.
People don't just want somewhere safe to eat. We go out to have a great time with friends or family, and this can still be achieved with the current situation we're in, as long as staff are friendly and serve with a smile (even if you can only see it in their eyes). Otherwise we would eat at home and save our money.
Lots of great people right now are out of work and could be hunting down those hospitality jobs to serve people with a smile.
Really nice atmosphere and a great deck. Only had a snack and a few beers. Excellent service and friendly staff.
Went out with 6 members of family for birthday lunch. Hotels upgrade looks great. Nobody enjoyed their meals, one got sent back to kitchen. Wont go again. Drinks a bit dear too.
Food was pretty overpriced for what it was and saw rats out the back as leaving.perhaps avoid.
Take your pick of the dine in restaurant area or the front bar with frequently changing craft beer taps to try from. The menu from both sides are delicious though I miss the salad bar in the dine in restaurant area which has been closed off due to COVID restrictions.
Food was ok but service was bad. To nearly an hour to get the food. They couldn't have offered a refund or discount. Won't go back. Not impressed
Not Adhering to current government covid guidelines, not adhering to the restricted number in front bar. And definitely patrons standing up and drinking. We left after one drink.
Made a booking online for tea, in winter. We were placed outside to find none of there heaters were working, managed to get a seat inside instead beside the entry door, in walk way. Was freezing and felt very uncomfortable with main traffic walking past. Won't eat there again, and food was plane
Nicely renovated hotel. Placed out order and when the meals arrived the prawns and fish meal had one piece of fish. A second piece was brought out and added to the meal a few minutes later. The other meal was wrong. An error was made by staff when ordering. I was asked to pay the difference and offered a free soft drink for our trouble. My partner ate his meal whilst i waited for mine. It arrived as he was finishing so really we both ended up eating alone. This could have been handled a lot better. My brisket was very good though, the fish meal was only ok.
Spent Anzac Day here and the bar man on was Dylan and he was incredible, not only was his knowledge of the spirits top drawer his general customer service was exceptional. I mentioned about we were there remembering my Poppy and he listened with genuine interest. This guy deserves plenty of recognition.
Consistently reliable for good pub grub in a nice atmosphere. Friendly service and good range at the bar. An excellent 'local' for the family.

Pokies. Open outdoor eating area and bar. All separated areas, with individual Qrscan access.
Meals average. Very few dietary requirements met, menu needs an overhaul. Staff in dining area very abrupt.
Older ponytailed security guard shoved me out of the way without warning to fetch my empty glass, further injuring a back injury I was already carrying. Very disappointed
Honestly was disappointed tonight.
Pork belly special wasn't crispy, wasn't able to be cut, had to use my partner's steak knife.
My partner ordered, steak of the day, was told it was a sirloin by a young lady at the bar. What wasn't communicated that this steak was on the bone. When questioned it was ignored. Will not be returning.
Disappointing meals ordinary, service slack, table not cleared at all, booked in advance still got it wrong, saving grace was they weren't busy. So no excuse really. Need to up their game could be great
The refurbushment has lifted the atmosphere but reduced effective use of space. The experience is therefore quite stark and spartan.
