The Woodcroft Hotel

We booked our end of year Christmas dinner here. When I rang to book a table I explained we play games and do secret Santa etc so I needed a reasonably quite area for our group of ladies. I was told they have two rooms that were suitable and was asked which one would I prefer only to arrive on the night to see our table was near the bar, under a tv and half the venue was now booked out to a large party with loud music which was thumping all through dinner. The young manager was polite in telling me there was nothing he could do about the fact that we were moved to accommodate this large party. One phone call would have been nice to give us the option of go somewhere more suitable. The food was average pub food which doesn’t have a great variety to choose from and only one real dessert to choose from.
Very disappointed in the service we received.

Went for my birthday dinner, meals were OK, pricey for what they were but we're tasty. Good salad/veggie bar. Would like to go one night when live band is on and check it out, new refurbishment looks great, good atmosphere

Great staff, service & atmosphere. Menu has a tonne of inclusive variety which is amazing. Didn't love my salsa Verde with the beef cheeks but everything else was great.

A good feed at decent prices in a pleasant environment with choice of indoor or (shaded) outdoor-style settings.

Great service, some excellent beers on tap and good vibes. First time I've been there since the renos - outdoor section is awesome.

Absolutely the shitest feed we have ever had! Biggest waste of money! DONT GO TO THE WOODCROFT AT ALL

It's not to bad, but they don't change thier menu ever, it's the same choices so I'll be needing a change soon I don't like eating the same things over and over that's why we go out.

It's a nice pub with a good selection of traditional australian pub food. It has a very good selection of beers as well as craft beers which they seem to rotate regularly. Staff always seem nice and helpful, would easily recommended this place if your looking for a good parmy and a beer.

Was in 4 lunch with a friend about12.45 was only one person on bar duty so took quite awhile 2 b served. Lunch menu from senior list was very nice but salad bar in the hot veg were pretty dried out. Was very hot day and inside was pretty hot too air con didn't seem 2 b working properly so was rather uncomfortable.

Good variety of beers in an airy setting. Salt and pepper squid beautiful. One of the best I have had.

Went to Adelaide last august for my aunty birthday, and why we were there we came to your hotel for tea the food was fantastic, and a great salad bar no hotel on the Sunshine Coast do that your staff were happy and helpful and friendly and the place over all was fantastic thanks for a great night, from the happy 3girls of the Sunshine Coast, ex Adelaide girls

Great staff and facilities. A smaller kind of dinner setting if you want to avoid loud clatter and a good meal. The menu could be a little broader but all the staples are there.

Vegan options were well below average, pizza was soggy and fell apart at the touch. Otherwise the tavern itself and staff were lovely

Nice place, but the food. The sauces accompanying the dishes was set hard, the cheese n Mac balls were frozen on the inside. The snitties were fine but I really think this place is missing a lot of potential. Great if you're in to 1980's pub food.

Probably the must unpleasant experience I have had here ever, food wasn't hot, tasteless and chips were more like charcoal then actual chips.not sure if new chef but they weren't very good at all not reccomended that's for sure. Use to be my favourite place to go, but keen to look elsewhere now

Not much disabled parking & that means you have to push wheelchairs out in the traffic on the access road dodging the cars

Had a fairly poor meal here on Sat especially for the price. People next to us had the Garlic Prawns and it looked more like Prawn Soup and they were not impressed either. Seems like your typical pub overeach. Will not go back.

Good food And an amazing range of beers! Bottle shop is constantly sourcing the freshest and newest beers available! Fantastic personal service with great communication to the local beer lovers!

Great place, good food and salad bar. Staff are friendly and there are some great promotions during the week. Check it out!
