The Port Club

Went online a week before to book a table for fathers day Sunday. Noticed it was all booked out, all good. Noticed there was spots for Saturday at 2pm. So booked this.

A couple days later I get a call saying you can't have that time because we have a aflw game on and you can only enter if you have a game ticket.

The issue is, nowhere at the time of booking did it mention this. The booking went through perfectly fine.

The person on the phone was so unhelpful, didn't offer any solution, didn't help in any way except you can't come.

It's not like the fixture wasn't just released.

A lunch my father was excited to have was ruined because your website failed you, and your average staff couldn't offer a solution for a problem that wasn't even caused by us.

Yet we were to try to make remedy even though the issue was caused by you!

Extremely disappointed and will forever tell people to avoid. As publicly as possible.

Food was great as was the atmosphere. Service was fast and friendly. Will be back. Sack Hinkley

Waiting for a refurbishment, sounds like this place will be a huge hit early next year.
Will drop by again when we know she is up and running.

Enemy territory (go the cats!) But excellent service and very helpful staff. Lost a phone while we were there and the ladies were actively searching for us and did everything they could to help. Phone found. Happy days.

Absolutely awfull! No atmosphere as there was no one there at 8pm on a Friday night, can understand why as the staff are so rude.terrible service. We are locals and will not return.ever!

Great history down at Alberton, home of the Port Adelaide football club. Renovations are in progress at present, will be great when finished.

Get in there and support grass roots community football with real people, and no hipster pretence.

Pokie room chairs are hard as rocks could not sit more than 5 minutes on chairs you have a couple good chairs need to look at this

Always love coming down for a game of poker, huge prizes and friendly staff make for a great night out.

This club is true to the Port Adelaide Football Club ethos and respectful to the very long history that stands behind every member.

Stopped by for a quickie after renewing membership. Price good, service below average.

Edit 2020: raw burger.should've learned last time

Very disappointed considering the publicity of the "new chefs", "new menu". Took visitors from Queensland for a night meal on Tuesday 21 Jan 2020, food was not good (overcooked) no salad/vegetable bar, didn't even get the new "we want the salad to be fresh" until I asked for it. The only redeeming feature was the staff. Won't be back.

I go for power, but when there is no one there for lunch, it must mean something. Menu wasn't that great n went some where else.

We have been coming here for many years and on the whole, its been decent pub food with a family orientated atmosphere.
They have recently upgraded the menu and tonight my husband and I probably had our best meals ever there.
I had the seafood risotto. SoooooTasty and a well cooked risotto with plenty of mussels and calamari. My husband had the pork and fennel sausages with mash and spinach. Again, these were delicious.

There are lots of new intersting options, along with traditional favourites.
Something for everyone. Well done guys.

The new Menu is fantastic! The prices were very cheap for the quality of food. Will be back again!

The staff who work here are not good but excellent.
I wish the footy team was as good as them.
2020 might be the winning year.

Good place to meet Family/Friends for a
few drinks. Maybe have a meal. Great Atmosphere.

They have changed the menu so much and taken away the veg and salad bars
I understand that sometimes you need to move with the times, but don't forget about the people who supported you before the changes and spent hours and money at your venue
