Huge improvement to rooms from what i can remember they used to be tired and worn down noe they look and feel new and fresh nice

Good quality and value for money food, always hot and very delicious, delivered by the friendly and helpful staff. A good idea to use a shopadocket discount voucher if two people dining, My family are very regular visitors to the hotel for just a quick meal during the day or for special family celebrations, I would recommend this hotel for family outings.

Excellent meals and great value for money. Lovely prompt and friendly staff. Highly recommended to go for lunch, dinner or a quick pint:)

After years of coming here with no problems, we waited 1.5 hours for our food tonight. No free drinks or refunds or anything offered than "sorry, we're busy thats just how this works. " Not even a check up to whether we had our food. Given the place was full but it shouldnt take that long to prepare simple deep fried meals. Don't know whether they were under staffed in the kitchen or what. Poor customer service from the manager. Very very dissappointed.

Had lunch in the restaurant and I couldn't fault it. Staff were courteous and happy, food was great. We both had seafood. The restaurant was clean and there was space to walk between tables. Well done. We'll be back!

When the pokie machines are loose, they are very very loose. But when they are tight they are abhorrent!

Perfectly cooked steak as always. I live local and its awesome to have such a good pub feed so close! Will return again. And again.

Enjoyed my recent visit to the Lonsdale hotel. Our table was booked for 30 and when extra showed up it was no effort for the staff to accommodate us. The food was great even though we used vouchers and had kids needing special requests. The pokey machines weren't to loud and overpowering next door. A great night out.

Booked in for a birthday dinner for my nan and we had a fantastic night the staff were superb, food was excellent and the night overall was a great success. Highly recommend

Very rude "manager" david. 40 mins for bread almost an hour for garlic bread and over an hour and 15 mins for dinner which chips were cold and snitzel was burnt and dry. Kids meal wasnt eaten 2 meals also hardly touched offered soft drink and gravy. What a joke then ring to complain and the manager is extremely rude calls you a liar and says replacement meals were offered when they definitely werent. Highly recommended staying away

MYSELF AND MY PARTY HAVE NOT ABUSED STAFF WE ARE TRYING TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT WHERE WE ARE ALL HAPPY AS MY CHILDREN WHO ARE 7 AND 9 DID NOT EAT! DO NOT PUBLICALLY TRY AND CALL ME A LIAR ONCE AGAIN AS I AM NOT LYING. I HAVE NOT LIED ABOUT THE TIME FRAMES NOR DID WE HAVE COFFEE OR EAT ALL THE FOOD AND HAVE PROOF OF THAT. THIS IS NOT THE END OF THIS. SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They had almost no pasta dishes which was a bit disappointing. The only pasta dish they offered was "pasta of the day" which happened to be nice, but some more variety would be good. Great service and staff were lovely.
