The Lonsdale Hotel

Reccomend ringing and booking ahead. Restaurant looked great but we were just driving through and it was fully booked so couldn't get a table. Sat in the sports bar and ordered from the bar menu which was still better than your averagepib meal and heaps of options. Staff were all lovely.

The food and atmosphere were really good.
The service was very good, the young lady has only been there a couple of weeks and did really well considering she was doing everything on her own

Average dissapointed meals were not properly balanced lack of green vegatables my disabled son Nicky had the garlic prawns very inadequate serve he was still hungry will not be going back
Just arrived home and have to make him a sandwich

Had a reservation. The meals that we did get were good but when questioned where a meal was they claimed that it was never paid for and refund of the meal was never given. Management kept coming back saying that they couldn't find the receipt. Poor service by the management.

I'm happy to say we've noticed a massive improvement in service over the past few months! I love the late dining, it has saved us many times and now the Lonny does amazing breakfast on the weekends we'll be here more often!

Constantly come here with the family. My parents are regulars and are always treated with top notch service! The food is fairly priced, decent serving sizes and staff are beyond helpful and friendly. Could not recommend anywhere better to eat down south!

Good pub meals, $10 for the second meal with a shopping docket makes it better value. All day dining can be handy too.

A very good meal option, the staff very friendly I ordered the chicken Snitzel, could hardly fit it in. Great prices. Will be back for sure.

Very good pub meals and if you have shopper docket 2nd meal $10. Meals are available over extended hours. Poker machines for those with excess funds. Staff all seem lovely. Worth a visit.

Have been coming here for 15 odd years and have never been disappointed drove all the way from gawler yesty and got my hollandaise sauce best in all of Adelaide

We took our son for his birthday. We were in a group of 12. From ordering to receiving our meals was over an hour. Although the food was good and the wait staff were fantastic. I would probably go back as we all enjoyed the food and if you are not in a hurry, the lengthy wait time is irrelevant.

Went with a large group so food did take a while to come out but that could be expected. Food was alright, prices were good.

We always enjoy the Lonsdale Hotel and have been weekly regulars for several years. The meals are always ample and consistent and the staff always welcoming and attentive. My only query concerns the vegetables. Why are the potatoes often half-roasted and the other vegetables only boiled? I'm sure, in the past most of the vegetables were roasted. Would love to see "roasted" vegetables come back again.

A well lit friendly venue for a most enjoyable meal and no live or piped music, staff were attentive and friendly.well done

Always a great place for a meal and the chicken snitzals have been a personal favorite of the family and myself.

My partner and I go here on a regular basis. I'm a vegetarian and they always have a different vegetarian special. Every single meal I have had has been absolutely delicious, cant fault any of it.

It was fine, the steak was cooked how I liked it and it tasted good. I was just a little annoyed about the $2 price difference between a pint of beer in the bistro and a pint in the bar, I thought $9 for a pint was a bit rude.

The boss was extremely controlling and nasty towards his staff. Food was okay but the portions used to be A LOT bigger.

Great place to go to play pokies if your still out after the last pub closes at 3 am this place goes til 5am woohoo
