Dan and Esteban what fabulous service friendly, helpful and polite. I rarely come here now as you have a limited variety of machines.
But every now and then come say Hi to these guys.
5 star service

Went there for a quick work lunch with a group of around 12. We'd pre-ordered and everything was organised. We paid individually and we all had our food at the same time. The food was excellent pub/bistro style. Would happily go there again.

The place has been upgraded since I last visited and looks amazing. Food was great too.

The service was outstanding with the bar tender Daniel keeping me well catered and one of the best bistro accommodation workers Tristan with them bringing us our very own personal heater in the smokers area. 10/10 food and drink guys don't change anything yous are doing

Dining area was extremely noisy. Food was a bit hit and miss. Staff were good and quickly rectified an overcharge.

Special shoutout to tristan for helping me and my mates dry as we got wet on the way to play pool, and shoutouts to Daniel for being the best bartender ive dealt with could not of asked for better service!

I head down to my local almost every week. The staff at the gaming room are always so friendly esp Nenad gaming manager. High standards. Food smells amazing every time.

We have been here before and on a spur of the moment decided to have lunch as we were in the vicinity. The service we received from the time we step in without a reservation was excellent from Daniel and Jennifer. This was reinforced by Gracie.

Tonight was my third visit to the Bistro for an evening meal.
The customer service has always been good but tonight the way Tristan looked after us was exemplary. It was as if he knew what we wanted before we did. Nothing was too music trouble and Tristan's manner was friendly and professional. He obviously loves his job and does it to the best of his ability.
Thank you for a wonderful meal and outstanding customer care. Why would we go anywhere else?

Always excellent. Tried the steak sandwich today …. Oh …. My …. God …. It is the absolute ULTIMATE. Many people (including myself) underrate the good old steak sanga and expect an overcooked thong thrown between 2 slices of Tip Top …. Not here. The steak is as tender as a $300 Waggu and the “Tip Top” is a freshly baked roll …. Not to mention the onion jam and every other goodness that’s in this. This thing is simply the best!

My son and I dined at the Lonsdale bistro last night and it was so good we went again tonight. Alana and the staff were so friendly and accommodating it made the experience such a treat. Food was excellent too

The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent I had my 60th birthday there with 59 people the outdoor area is lively and a great atmosphere very relaxing I will have my wifes birthday there next year and will go there from time to time for a meal
