Fantastic venue with friendly staff that bend over backwards to ensure you have a good experience. Drinks and food are good quality too - highly recommend.

I really like what The Gov does. Hosting international acts at an affordable price works out well for everyone. I've seen Halestorm, Stryper, P. O. D and Fozzy. Good times.

Great night out with friends. Food was good followed by an entertaining tribute to John Lennon.

Went their for Aunty Donnas comedy sketch. The sketch was brillIant. The venue was good, wasn’t cold as they had heaters. The bar staff were very nice. Just couldn’t see much of the acting and comedy as the stage was low and we stood at the back. But despite that it was a great night and the location was great!

We had a 60th party in The Balcony Bar on Sat 20th July. It was an amazing venue. The staff especially Sarah were so warm and friendly. We would recommend The Balcony Bar to all our friends and would definately use it again

Great venue - i think when they built it they should have sunk the bit just in front of the stage, if you're at the back and not tall it is difficult to see much.sound is excellent though, affordable food, great venue

Quick service considering the amount of people in the music room. The pims cup was the best pims I've ever had

The venue is pretty good. Sound is good. However the use of single use plastic cups is outrageous and unnecessary!

Long-standing Classic venue for all that is music in Adelaide. Great Fringe show Kaleidoscope Eyes (playing Beatles) and Satisfaction (playing The Stones) - crowd loved it - sadly reminded me my childhood was a long time ago lol.
