Architectural wonder. So unexpected to see a building such as this in a winery setting. The Dali exhibition was truly worth the visit, and the restaurant was top notch. Highly recommended

Very polite and friendly staff that knows about the place intimate knowledge. Lovely wine. Incredible views. Furniture. Extravagant. Lovely place to visit. Don't miss out (like I did at the first time) the 360 room and 45 minutes of story. About the wine. Family. And surrealistic. Visions? ️? ️

Let's take it from the top. It's a nice cellar door with beautiful views & some quite nice wines. Then it's a somewhat ordinary Cafe. Then it's an art shop with typically overpriced product. Then at the bottom it's a very weird "museum" that doesn't make much sense and holds your attention for, hmm, I dunno, 15 minutes or so. All housed in a building that's weird for the sake of being weird.

I suppose that it is great that the Southern Vales now have something iconic to plaster all over their promotional material & I'm sure the place must have cost a bomb & good on the Osborn's for doing it. One can't help be impressed by the fact that by charging you $15 to get into the building, they are effectively charging you $15 just to enter their cellar door. That's fairly breathtaking.

But I can't help but be underwhelmed, unimpressed and, well, just a little cynical about the whole overblown "experience". I guess old Bill Shakespeare put it best "much ado about nothing".

Really enjoyed this very quirky experience. $15 entrance fee well worth it and includes wine tasting, which was very good. Amazing architecture, incredible views from top floor, fantastically-decorated toilets, bizarre ground floor museum!

A very enjoyable experience overall. Invest a few dollars for the admission, wine tasting and the Salvador Dali gallery. The soup in the Cafe casual dining was delicious.

View is nice, architecture of the building is cool, the museum is unique but nothing special. $15 for entry and wine tasting is reasonable. Extra $10 to visit the second floor.

Not bad, not great, fair experience though!

One of the best wine experiences in Australia. Something worth taking people visiting from interstate to or having a look before a degustation at the verandah cafe.

An enjoyable surprise with informative wine tasting and quirky art and displays right through this standout building.
Salvador Dali sculptures are amazing and you really need to explore every nook and cranny to see everything.
We saw so many people miss the 360 film room and walk past a $1m Blue Christ made from opalised rock.you need a camera/photo to really see it.
A great couple of hours

Fun, entertaining and a delightful experience. The tasting offered a range of menus and each one with a unique pallet.
The exhibition before the tasting was insightful and intriguing.

The building is definitely an experience to see with interesting views and artwork, decor and views, including the toilets, but for $15 entry there are certainly wineries with a more personalised nice experience for tastings. Museum showing was quite abstract and confusing to watch. Didn't enjoy many of the wines; Sean was nice in giving us information about the tastings but we certainly had nicer times at wineries that are smaller and more personalised.

Every now and then this place uncomfortably pops into my head and seeing as it has now what better of a time to write a review. After experiencing a lovely time at the verendah restaurant we popped over to the cube to see what all the fuss was about. You’ve got to be into alternative wacky art to enjoy this place. The vibe gets completely ruined and makes no sense as to why they put the cube here. The restaurant is so delicate and fine and then you just have this random cube that ruins the whole experience. That’s our take on it anyway.

This has been a dream of mine since 2018. Finally made it here. Worth the look. The wine here is incredible and the service is impeccable. The artwork is incredible. I was able to mix and match my wine tasting and I'm incredible thankful for it

Nice place to visit and view art. The cube it self is quite interesting. Wine tasting and food available. Toilets is a must see. Entrance to the cube has a small entrance fee.

Edited for clarity:

A remarkable building in the South Australian countryside. The overall experience was lacking though - tastings felt rushed and impersonal and many of the artworks on the Dali floor were reproductions or art 'inspired by' Dali The internals are rather quirky in a fun way. While there's nothing else quite like it in the area, I didn't think it was worth $25 for entry. The cost of entry is included if you dine at the restaurant (we did) but I probably wouldn't recommend that either.

I have always been hesitant to visit because it's always busy when I've driven pass. I'm glad that I ended up booking a tasting because I absolutely enjoyed the experience. Had tastings to suit all preferences. The view was just an added bonus.

Definitely recommend making this the first stop of the day.
