Order lattes. Got iced lattes. Ordered poached eggs and they were hard boiled with both orders.

Waited 39 minutes on the food, almost the second before it hit 40 and we were going to get a refund, food arrived.although food was tasty and hot, it doesn’t take 40 minutes for toast with avocado.front staff were apologetic but kitchen staff are useless and the manager seemed angry to be there.good food, okay customer service but will never go again

What a disappointment, if I wanted half re-heated store bought pancakes I would of went to coles or woolies. Ice cream was icy and berry compote was tiny and unappealing. Coffee order had no vanilla and a large was only served as a standard. My son's scrambled eggs with herbs never even had salt and pepper let alone herbs. Nicest part was the sourdough toast. Left uneaten food on the table and wasn't even asked if there was an issue. Never again.

If half a star is an option I would've picked one! Absolutely horrible experience, the food was disgusting, atmosphere was tense, staff looked miserable with a manager treating them like dirt, the place stunk due to staff using old cloths to wipe the tables with no detergent.
Never again, we actually left our meals and went across the road to Subway!

Average coffee. Bought an apple muffin and a bacon and pumpkin muffin, both were dry and tasted awful! At $6.50 a pop was extremely dissapointed. Didn't even eat them.

The owner was rude and obnoxious. Made an error but was too proud to admit. Charged too much and reluctantly gave us the difference

Coffee great but the breakfast was off today, one egg nice and runny, the other one hard and rubbery, bacon stone cold and a bit like cardboard

Seems to have dropped in efficiency from our last visit. Did not get the coffee or food order right and only partially corrected them.

Was going to get a coffee here but at 9: 30 in the morning the place is empty, I wonder why, judging by previous reviews its not that good, I'll go somewhere else

We got a steak sandwich and the grilled halomi bruschetta. My husband said his steak sandwich was nice but I was disappointed with my bruschetta. The halomi was cold and rubbery when I got it and the bread was like a thin brick. Very overpriced for the quailty of the food. The waitresses were friendly but there seemed to be a stressed atmosphere behind the counter. Very, very dirty carpets and the couch cushions were all caved in and uncomfortable.

Ok place for brunch. Quality of food and service is hit and miss depending who is on duty that day.

This morning we waited over 45mins for a smashed avocado and bacon ciabatta. Eventually it came. The avocado was only smeared on and it was missing the feta. Not good. Won't be going back

Had ordered for tea and calamari. The tea looked like plain brown water. Calamari was rubbish! Had to walk away hungry. Wasted $23.

Had to repeat my order 5 times. There were 4 items. Nachos looked like a dogs breakfast, and while I have never eaten a dogs breakfast, I suspect the taste was similar too. Disappointed.

Meal was over priced for what was provided and lack of care and enthusiasm from all staff was obvious. After the meal we decided against having coffee due to the poor seevice and low quality food.

They lovely team at Coffee Club heard it was mum's birthday and brought her over a piece of cake to celebrate - thanks guys

Have ordered the food straight from the hot bar for not having much time.but waited for half an hour, with other tables come and gone. Asked for it then the response is " I got what you say (rolled eyes with annoyed tone) ". Then I saw them just put my order together, only takes them 30 seconds to do it. Filo is half burned anyway. Pretty much unapologetic. Just my honest experience.
