Very worst experience of working with the coffee club gepps cross. They call girls for work and can’t reply to them for pay, and worst food and coffee … unhygienic food.

Their food quality and size portions don't match their prices. Their drinks aren't much better. Service is good though.

Love this place.the food is always fresh and finger lacking good. They make my coffee just the way I like it and the customer service is always so good. I will always choose to come here when shopping because they r so accommodating and lovely.

Very impressed with the poor service here. Order decaf ice coffee twice and they made mistakes both time. Once without ice cream and the other time made non decaf and without ice cream.

Excellent food.
The manager was great, very friendly and attentive. Will be back for sure!

My friend and I came in and had separate orders. She ordered before me but had to wait almost half an hour for her drink to be made. When we mentioned this the staff were very apologetic and went to get it made, they happened to forget again so she went back in and when they came out with the drink they gave us a free apology cake.

I enjoyed the Coffee Club at Gepps Cross. Definitely be going back. The Staff were helpful and Curteous and Pleasant.

The coffee was good. The salt & lemon pepper calamari with chips & salad was good. But the spicy buffalo chicken strips were disappointing, I specifically asked them whether they used breast or thigh meat, I was told thigh meat, well I guess they don't know the difference between the two types of meat. If I'd known it was breast I'd have gone for the calamari. My friend tried a piece & agreed it was breast meat & not thigh meat. That was a very disappointing meal I had, at least my friend enjoyed her meal.

First time at this place, the young waitress was happy in her work, service was quick, food was reasonably priced and tasted nice too.

Great coffee and awesome food. Enjoyed a late lunch with my stepdaughter after doing some shopping. Great selection of cakes and desserts

My husband had the best caramel latte ever.
Our lunches were fresh, well presented and delicious. I had the lemon pepper calamari, which was served with delicious fresh salad and yummy chips. My husband had the calamari asian salad, light, fresh and delicious. We gave our compliments, and would recommend this place as a great spot to go for lunch or coffee.

10/10 Customer service, Beautiful food quality.
I Encourage anyone shopping in or around Gepps Cross to stop in and get a coffee or a bite to eat.

Seems like this shop is under new management.
Very friendly, no complaints abt staff.
But the coffe.its been 2hours that I'm holding this cup of coffee, just couldn't finish it.
Come on guys, u should make way better coffe than this $hit.

We came for a quick sit down coffee, our first 3 (of 4) drinks came to the table in reasonable time. The banana bread followed however was cold. The last drink forgotten about along with the rest of our food. We stood at the counter waiting to be seen by unresponsive staff, was questioned as to what we ordered and now have left with the remaining food and drinks take away. Very poor effort.with so many options readily available I would suggest trying somewhere else.

I loved the service and that they were taking details of all customers. A proactive response to the current climate.

The barista and waitress who brought our coffee and sandwich to our table were lovely, but the owner/manager was intrusive, rude and made unacceptable comment on the length of our stay. Obviously doesn't read the comments

Ordered the Asian calamari salad, and the corn fritters with halloumi. Both delicious and well presented. Service was quick. Will return.

The food and coffee was alright but overpriced for what we received. The atmosphere and customer service is what left a sour taste. The barista was quite lovely but the manger/owner who took our order was rude and rushed us. We arrived at 3: 30pm and received our food at 4pm. In the 10 minutes that we were there eating the manger proceeded to vacuum, shut off the lights and music WHILE we were eating, again we ate within 10 minutes and left straight after because of this. Online the cafe had listed their closing time at 5pm and they made no effort to let us know they were apparently closing an hour earlier then their stated closing time. If we had known we wouldn’t have bothered eating in at all.
