The Coffee Club Café - Gepps Cross SA

Very ordinary.
Chips were cold
And don't know where the chicken was on the club sandwich.
Must've flown away.
Need to improve

The gentleman who served us was very friendly and welcoming, the coffee was great, food excellent and the service was terrific

We come here for breakfast every week. It's always good, and the staff are super friendly!

When you order pancakes for breakfast @ $18 per serve you don't expect pre packaged from the supermarket pancakes and to make it worse they were served cold. Nice coffee and friendly staff. Do not recommend and wont be back

I ordered the big veggie breakfast; the spinach was served raw (despite menu saying wilted), the avocado was brown and clearly not fresh, the halloumi was dry and tough, absolutely not worth the price they’re charging.
I also got a chai latte, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Come here all the time, food and service is great. Krisha always gives friendly service with a simile always on her face.

We went to coffee club for brunch and their service was worst, the person at the front was so rude. Moreover, there were so many flies there. Staff at the front was so rude towards us also towards the other staff. Environment was not good at all. Will never go there again

Good food, great service and excellent coffee delivered as said on every occasion. Best breakfast, brunch and lunch cafe in Adelaide.

Food was just ok, but the reason for the bad rating is the manager seemed like such a tosser to the staff. She was extremely rude to them and throwing dirty looks to them then talking in another language while looking at them into the kitchen.
Not a nice environment to eat in with the staff being so miserable with the way they where being treated.

Only 2 people in the shop and the uniformed staff member brought out coffee while speaking on a mobile phone without acknowledging us/customers

I’ve been going there for years but this week when I went in the menu had changed, the prices blown out and the food was below average. The friend I met there was sick after eating there so I won’t be going back.

Amazing looking café at Gepps X centre.
Clean and fresh and presents very nicely.
The food and drinks were top notch.
Served fast and the food was nice and hot. Really enjoyable and Couldn't fault any of that.

But thats where it stopped sadly.

Customer service is all about people, and something is missing on this front.
They weren't rude, dont get me wrong there. They were just "silent", quite literally each and every different staff member that brought food to our table didn't say a word, not a smile, nothing just blank looks. They walk up with the food or drink and just stand there waiting for someone to say "thats mine" or just placed it on the table walked away. Not even saying what they are holding. When they brought my coffee over i had to ask "oh is that the flat white"

Really it sort of flattened the whole experience. A smile, a kind word, it all adds to the vibe. And considering there are 2 cafes next door to eachother service can make the key difference.

I love this coffee club. I often fly over here for work and it's great to see familiar faces every time I come back. Coffee always delicious and can't get enough of the flat grills.

Only rating on staff friendliness and diligence with having Uber Eats ready when I pick up trips from there

We have been coming here for some time, there has been a change in ownership and the new people are doing a good job and getting better as time goes by.

This is the best coffee club I have EVER been in. Most coffee clubs the coffee just O. K this one is the best the coffee and food was excellent Good very efficient service i was VERY pleasantly surprised
