Best gelato in South Australia. Mias Cafe staff near the wallaroo jetty recommended this place to us. I'm so glad they did.

Worth the 5 min drive out of Moonta to fulfill a sweet treat. Has plenty of undercover space too.

The atmosphere and location are lovely as are the owners and staff. Gelato is top notch and a huge variety of interesting flavours.

Once you look past the fact, that dispite everyone saying its located in moonta, it's actuarlly on the outskirts on a side road.
Don't be discouraged by the odd entrance, that makes you feel like you're visiting a farm house, rather then this wonderful little cafe, that you've no doubt heard a lot of praise about.
Coffee prepared well, shakes fairly generic, and the chai was delicious.
The "pancakes" are crepes, and although nice, weren't anything to brag about. The gelato on the other hand, is smooth, creamy and packed full of flavor. Leaving you licking your lips and looking at the take away tub options.
The price is very reasonable, and the staff friendly and welcoming. Well worth the visit.

Amazing icecream (go the strawberry), great coffee, cool relaxed little setting, friendly staff. Make sure you go here. Very happy we drove past & spotted it.

Best Gelato in the Southern Hemisphere. Incredible service, a kind and friendly atmosphere. If you complain about them not having EFTPOS you should go back to the city

The pancakes are so delicious I come to Moonta every 10 weeks for one week each time, but at least one morning every time I come I will always come here. One day I had to wait in line for 30 minutes that’s how amazing this restaurant really is. I totally recommend coming here especially if you have a sweet tooth just like me. Children really love this place as well so if you have a family then this is really just the perfect place to go.

This business has an excellent reputation for their products, they came highly recommended. So we drove along what appeared a side road to an ordinary looking building and not a customer in sight. I was not initially impressed, but once out back, perhaps twenty cars in the carpark. A quaint little cafe/shop awaited us as well as a very long queue. We didn't have to wait too long, we tested their excellent quality and delicious gelato while I sampled the virgin affogato. I would definitely recommend a visit to this establishment, their reputation is well deserved. Cheers.

This is a must stop, located in the middle of nowhere, drove past it on our first stop looking for it. Offers good coffee and great selection of ice creams. Pancakes/Crepes are a must try here, also offers Dairy free and Gluten free on the menu! Kids enjoyed their shakes and chocolates, sitting in the courtyard soaking in the lovely surrounding.
The gardens have some interesting props so have a wonder around.
Staff are quick and friendly.
Only one toilet.

An absolute mecca.a Moonta institution. The only downside is I'm really keen to try the pancakes but can never avoid 2 scoops of the world class gelato to fit the pancakes in.

Quaint place just a few minutes out from Moonta. Has outside and inside seating. Serves excellent gelati and sorbets and ice creams. Coffee is strong and hot. There is a good selection of home made chocolates to buy. Very popular on weekends.
