71Excellent service and delicious food. Tried 4 entrees, 4 mains & dessert. Very good wine list on offer! We were on a time frame upon arrival and the waitress and kitchen staff did an amazing job to cater to our needs (we told them on arriving). I will be back and I will recommend. Thank you!
Amazing food! Girl who served us was not attentive and had some sort of complex. Would definitely go back, purely for the food!
This place was packed and after one bite of my dinner I knew why - the food, atmosphere and great staff make Soi38 THE thai restaurant to visit in Adelaide. The decor is subtly understated but the food cannot be overstated, it was flavourful, generous and the best pad thai I have eaten in a long time. We also had the peanut dumplings which were a great entree and my friend had the pork belly which I was told was delicious. Book a seat because if you don't, you may miss out!
Classy Thai restaurant. Exotic flavors and excellent service. We were lucky to get a table as this place is booked out in advance. The dishes we ordered were all delicious - spring rolls (the sauce was divine), eggplant and chicken massaman curry. Their wine list compliments very well. We had the pino Grigio but noticed few other guests seem to enjoy the signature cocktail (maybe next time for us). The service was excellent with friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend to book in advance
Ps: they don’t do takeaway at this restaurant
Look I never like to shame a company. It's just that I've been here before and it was so good. The night my friends and I went it was terrible food. Stringy lobster spring rolls that felt like it came straight out of the deep freezer, fatty meat, the beans look like they sat in the sun for days and papaya salad was at least a day or 2 old - not crunchy at all. It was a really sad experience. Definitely wouldn't go back again. It's a shame as I really get into my thai and had a great experience previously. There's just too many other good options out there. The main reason I wouldn't go back is that the staff was quite rude when we told her the food was terrible. I mean I gave them my peace of mind and they didn't have any come back. Not 'our usual chef wasn't working tonight', we have had food shortages - nothing.it didn't feel like we had dinner
Loved the food, service and the overall vibe of this place. The flavours of the dishes were phenomenal and staff were wonderful. Review would have been 5 stars but they charged us $1 PER PERSON for chilli? It’s not like we got a bag of chilli each lol. Not nice.
The best Thai we’ve had in Adelaide. All dishes were super tasty and cooked to perfection. Service was quick and friendly. Reasonable prices. We will definitely be back with our friends and family. Highly recommend.
Had dinner here on a quite Tuesday night, exceptional service, great food and a cool interior. Highly recommend!
Very slow service. Expensive dishes with small portions.
The grill chicken taste was good.
My friends visited from Sydney and had chosen this place for our dinner to catch up. Foods were amazing! Staffs were attentive and friendly. Gonna bring more friends back next time:)
Just fantastic! Honestly one of the most enjoyable and tasty dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, food is a flavour sensation with some unique plays on traditional dishes. Was travelling alone for work and staff were immediately inviting, offering reduced sized portions of dishes so I could try more things. Really enjoyed the unique sago dumpling, chive cake and venison stir fry. Creme brûlée was 10/10! Highly recommend!
We got lucky and got a table last minute. Amazing thai flavours and friendly staff.
Definitely worth eating at if after a more gourmet thai experience.
This was so enjoyable and service was fast and friendly! I decided on the Sago dumplings with chicken and chicken massaman curry! Great servings will certainly be back again!
Outstanding. One of the most welcoming & accomodating restaurants we have been to. Oscar the maitre d’ sets the bar extremely high, he ensured we have had an enjoyable night out and an amazing meal, noting our difficult dietary requirements on two occasions now. The restaurant has a cool modern vibe, as does the menu, there is plenty to choose from. The wine list is extensive and caters for everyone, although I would appreciate more local wines. Looking forward to returning for more!
We received excellent service and recommendations from Idie. Interesting menu and flavours. Def try the Tom yum margarita and the coconut crab curry.
Seriously average food. The chef should really rethink the menu and flavours. And the service was below average at best. Wish I didn't go there and waste my time and money.
Absolute next level Thai, the best we’ve ever had. Super tasty without being heavy, incredible flavours, cannot fault the service or the meal. We had the chive cakes, dumplings, prawn spring rolls, beef curry and chicken stir fry and the meal felt like it got better and better and better as it went on. 10/10
We did the Tour of Thailand menu which is a very cool concept, to taste the different regions. Not every dish was a stand out but it was still pretty delicious.
The decor of the new venue is really simple, modern and chic, yet there’s still a lot of energy and atmosphere in the restaurant. Some of the staff could’ve been a touch more professional at times but overall a very good experience and I will be recommending to my friends.
What a sensational evening. The food, service, and vibe all score a solid 10/10. We ordered the "feed me" option, and were impressed with everything that hit the table. Will definitely be back again, and would recommend to anyone who wants an adventurous dining experience
A place with a casual atmosphere, with a fantastic setting, although you feel like you're in a shop window while you're eating. Great staff, explain the dishes well, although this time we went for the diversity of starters, they do it well.
Be careful with the chilli, it's everywhere, ask first!
