St Louis House Of Fine Ice Cream & Dessert reviews
61This is our family special go to place. My daughter always gets a marshmallow on her icecream and thinks it is THE BEST! Her birthday icecream pictured here.
Yummy desserts and great coffee. I highly recommend their Churro with milk chocolate dip and hot chocolate. I love the way that they have seating arrangements around vintage book collection.
Coffees great. Service is great. Reasonably priced. Really nice staff. Best place for coffee on the Parade.
Amazing.even though they were very busy.they were friendly and always smiling.the dessert were yummy
Very expensive food, mainly just cream. Ridiculously overpriced, ikea level food. Nice waiting staff. 2 stars just because of the water station
33 degrees out side I asked when ordering if the ac was brocken I wS advised not hot enough for ac us girls like it warm? The food was melting on the plates before it got to the tables we moved outside was cooler.
Very busy in a Saturday night and a bit noisy so they couldn't hear our order properly and didn't bring out spoon for one dish. Otherwise excellent. Wonderful food and good service. We need more places like this in Adelaide so this place doesn't get so busy.
Such a great establishment! The desserts and service are superb.and the cocktails are been better! High recommend you check it out, you won't regret it!
Pleasant atmosphere. Great selection of food. My cake delicious and the coffee was very good. Friendly staff, quick service. Inside and outside seating.
Great spot as it is open late at night. Always buzzing after dinner on the parade for a hot chocolate, icecream or proper dessert. We have stayed chatting with friends until after midnight.
Ice cream is awesome, but service wasn't that much good as our banana bread arrived after we finished our coffee
, staff were friendly though. I'd rather glasses and cultary to be more clean.
Great ice coffee and great service. They serve a variety of treats either as a snack in the morning or for post dinner or movie sweets. There is an in store churros maker that can entertain the kids for ages watching them get made. There is a small selection of mini cakes and dairy and gluten free options at the counter.
Very expensive and not worth price you pay. I ordered a green eggs and ham crepe, which lacked taste and had measly amounts of ham in it. I also ordered a fruit platter for 2 people which was very basic and had minimal fruit and melted chocolate. Not reccomend for those on a budget or who want value for money.
The food there is good there are just 2 rude staff girls here that need to get fired they work thursday at 10 and they have no respect customers
We love the desserts here and the service is great, but the coffee is not good-very acidic in taste.
Trendy with a great atmosphere and ambiance. Both desserts and coffees are consistently delicious. Staff and service are outstanding! I highly recommend!
Good ambience. Desserts are tasty but I feel there's a lack of variety. I ordered the ooh lala chocolate but was underwhelmed. The chocolate sauce they mentioned on the menu was nothing but fancy painted smear on the place. Highly disappointing. I'd advise them to serve the chocolate sauce in a small pouring jug. People like sauce and expect sauce especially as you pay $16.50 for a plate of dessert. Not having dessert here again as I just dont think it's worth it for what you get.
I love the desserts in here. It was are first time at the Norwood outlet and loved this for being so big and spacious with outdoor seating.
The young lady who served us with fair hair with a pony tail was excellent very friendly and extremely helpful as it was the first time we've been it was her patience with us, we're certainly visiting again.
If you you have staff like this your business will grow this type of person is the front of your business. Graham.
Don't bother coming here.
We ordered the "green eggs and ham" crepe. This was a huge mistake. On a quiet Sunday the food took more than 30mins to arrive and was inedible when it finally did. Not to mention that there was no ham to be seen (grey chicken was used instead).
The staff look about 12 years old, and couldn't process a simple request to get poached eggs in addition to toast.
I would not recommend this place to anyone for food, or if you want to spend less than an hour here.
