, St Louis is the best place to go - 10/10 food and cleanliness. Really can’t fault the place at all. DEFINITELY somewhere you need to go if you haven’t yet!

St Louis Fondue was AMAZING and such a generous serve! Ava the barista was brilliant, delicious hot chocolate!

The boss or manager there is absolutely disgusting he is so disrespectful and misogynistic it’s revolting the way I heard him speak to his employees when I went in there was foul. I will never spend money there again.

The food took a WHOLE hour to come out after we were told it was only going to be a 20 minute wait. Not only did we have to wait longer than expected we had to sit in the cold with no heaters. When we got our food finally we discovered it was raw.not very happy.never coming back

Amazing Coffees! Best on the Parade! I come in every day for one on my break and even on weekends after training at the gym

Order 2 coffees and waiting for 15min. No orders in front of mine. Barista came 5min after I ordered and she moves like slow motion. I can’t breathe… Coffee was good by the way.

My friends and I were served by Ava over the weekend - lovely girl that went out of her way for everyone! A really positive experience thanks to Ava:)

Food was lovely. My daughter and I had a great time together. It gave us time to bond and brainstorm creative new ideas.

Cockroach alert + customer service alert!
Found a male thumb size cockroach running across the store, whose movement was ‘energetic’ enough to make us shocked and startled. Reported to the manager-like man who was doing nothing but playing with his mobile while staff members were working. He simply ignored our report and didn’t take any action on it and their kitchen was wide open. What he presented was neither a good nor professional attitude. If you are a senior person or a manager there, don’t you need to show a good example of a right attitude letting alone customer service mindset!?
A dessert bar with cockroaches and lack of insight to store hygiene or service mind & attitude - disappointing, disappointing.

Great and quick service! Not to mention how good the fondues and hot chocolate are! I am a regular and will definitely come back again and again!

Fantastic dessert bar! Not only are the staff friendly and accomodating, but the menu has a wide range of dessert options. Easily our favourite dessert in Adelaide!

Food was good, but service was extremely slow even though we were the only people there for breakfast. We ordered 4 meals - 2 came out after about 20 minutes (reasonable), the next one 15 minutes later, and the last one another 10 minutes after that. Everyone finished their meal before the next person started, then had to wait around whilst others ate. Not a great experience.

Tried the sugar-free, strawberry and chocolate ice cream, both flavours were absolutely delicious! They consistently have great coffee and super friendly
staff.

Did drink it it was that bad. Very bitter and tasted funky.

Never going back. Coffees took ages, forgot our cakes which I could have carried myself. Went to ask what happened to one of the cakes that never came on my way out. They gave it to me and I ended up throwing it in the bin in disgust. Ruined my night. One star too generous.

Yummy food! So good and the service is great but sit outside cause there are so many flies it’s actually disgusting! When you’re trying to eat there flying infront of your face and all over your food - if you can’t eat outside don’t eat at all it’s so annoying

Prices have gone up and quality has gone down! Ice cream is always very soft and cannot eat it from a cone before it runs everywhere.
