I've been going to Specsavers for a number of years now and I can't fault them for attention to detail and customer service. A few years ago I needed distance correction for the first time and they looked after my needs.
This time my eyes have deteriorated further and I've gone for bifocals after a bad experience with another optical firm and multifocals which I never really got used to even after a year or two.
The optomitrist was great and the staff were good when I came to pick up my new glasses.

First ever eye test and didn't know what to expect but process was easy. Booked an appt online and was no waiting or delays when i arrived.huge selection of frames and was able to get health fund to cover most of the cost.would recommend!

Have been going to West Lakes branch for the past 3 years and each visit has been a positive experience. The optometrists and dispensers are very professional and helpful.

After being personally contacted by the CEO of Specsavers - a very lovely caring man who listened to my difficulties with the Specsavers West Lakes manager.he totally resolved the matter and organised for Peter (the best salesman) to assist me in choosing a third pair of glasses at no cost.

My faith in Specsavers has been totally restored thanks to Dilesh (CEO) - thankyou kindly.

I have been going to Specsavers at west lakes for almost 10 years for all of my family. Both my children have tricky vision and the advice and service I have received has been fantastic. And at a great price compared to other companies.

I love specsaver but not this brance very unhelpful staff. I have been in many specsaver store and they are really lovely and respectful, but the lady that arrange the appointment is something else. Will not ever visit this store again. 2 star given because i love the brand. But the staff 1 star.

Lady i spoke to on the phone just now decided to give me a lecture when I asked to compare my expired script with a new one obtained elsewhere to see if I needed new glasses. If I could give 0 stars for her service I would.

The worst choice I could have made for Audiology, the place is a crowded fish market, cramped with long wait times in tiny rooms, and in tiny chairs more suited to children.if you are plus size give this business a big miss, the anticipated low price equalled low service, resulting in decision to walk away and make hearing product purchase elsewhere, if I could give NO star, that would sum up my experience, first visit the overworked staff were super busy, followed by a return weeks later.and as I was to discover on the day there was a mix up with my booking. The manager was just plain rude regarding that they hadn't called me the day prior as if the mix up was 100% my fault. I'll happily spend my near thousand dollars in a business that values and respects its customers, definitely NOT in SS West Lakes. I would recommend that every senior looks elsewhere, like a smaller non chain independent who offers old fashioned personal service, which arguably might be needed into the future and is unlikely in this madhouse

Came in on a busy Saturday to discuss an issue. It took all of 30secs to sort out. The staff listened, looked up my history and it was all sorted without any fuss. I've been looked after by Specsavers West Lakes for the past 7 seven years and they continue to look after me.

Accidentally sat on my newish reading glasses today and took them into Spesavers to adjust them for me. The salesperson looked at them, then stated" these aren't our frames, I cant touch them as I may break them, you will have to buy new frames. " I then took them off him and walked out and went to Optical Superstore. No questions asked, friendly salesperson adjusted and cleaned them which took 2 minutes for free, then politely sent me on my way. What service. Shame shame Spesavers you could learn some real customer service off OSS.

Walked in, asked for 2 sunnies and 2 normal glasses all with prescriptions, done sold.sorted.did the same 2 years ago all with private health. No fussing around. Great service also. Dont know the guys name but he helped me and remembered me from 2years earlier when i did the same thing. Told him im here to buy! Great glasses. Good designer brands and i got what i wanted. Thankyou

I got the older asian guy and he was so disinterested in doing my eye test or answering my questions that I almost walked out. The total time he spent would have been about 5 or 6 minutes.
Then it was the girl to process my order for glasses! She had no idea and kept giving me incorrect health fund information and I had to keep saying no, my fund covers two pairs of glasses at this price.
In the end I did walk out as I allowed an hour and was running late for the movie we'd booked. I might go back and get the glasses - not sure yet.
They were good with my sons glasses - the supervisor lady with the red hair was excellent and adjusted his glasses to fit better.

Found them way over priced the sales person was more interested in his commission than what I could afford $650.00 for 1 set off glasses yer right won't be going back!

Great service, walked in asked if they could put on new nose pads for my glasses, no problem they said only too happy to do it for me, and at no cost, so how good is that.

My nana went here a year ago and she was there like 5 mins at the most late and the lady there said they had no spots left so I am really angry and if there was a no star I would give it that

I went in to Specsavers at West Lakes and just made some enquiries about getting my eyes checked and possibly getting a new prescription. I was greeted by a lovely member of staff named Lisa. She was fantastic, friendly, and not in any way pushing for a sale. Nice place judging my my encounter with Lisa. When I'm due in a few months I'll be back there for sure.

Agreed that staff are great to deal with but we were there for 45 mins and they just didn't adjust my son's frames. Not prioritizing a child's request is plain mean. We walked away because they were unconcerned.
