Specsavers Optometrists - West Lakes Westfield

Thanks to the team at West Lakes Westfield, the examinations and specialized care given to provide me an extensive medical report for my eyes and also included the hearing health update all in the same session was seamless, much appreciated the service provided.

Very busy. Not enough staff to attend to each customer in a timely fashion. Everything takes too long from being greeted to being attended to when seated. This includes when coming in to recieve glasses.

Abby has been excellent. Very cooperative and patient. Thank you Abby for the lovely experience.

Optometrist is nice and helpful but the place really only concentrates on selling cheaply made and very ugly frames. Don’t bother going there.

Very pleasant experience having eyes tested and purchasing 2x2 sets of glasses. Staff so friendly and helpful with choosing frames and testing. David Mundy

Make you wait forever when picking up your specs. 10 staff milling around the front and only one doing the pick up process.

The optometrist was so lovely and reassuring (can’t remember her name but she had an Irish accent) and Gilda was so great in helping me choose my glasses!

I would highly recommend spec savers at West Lakes. I had Service today from Jamie, and he was great, friendly and helpful.
I first went to the Findon branch, and have been completely Ignore.
I have also used Kilkenny Spec Savers, and ask them if they would fixs the arm of my glasses I purchased their. They said no as they were 3 years old, I was willing to pay for this service. The sales person was abrupt

Recently purchased 2 new pairs of glasses from the team at West Lakes.
The staff were very obliging & helped me chose frames to suit.
They were also very attentive when it came to fitting the frames to my face.
All in all I was very happy with the entire process and great pricing.

Absouletly horrible service since Lisa (Old Manager) has left. One of my new glasses had two different lenses as I notice my vision was different from one lense to another, and they decided not to believe me and tried to curve out the frame as one of the lenses looked like it was about to pop out. And whislt they're doing that they chipped the lense! A lady serving another person had a look and I told her about the vision promblem and she completely ignored it, then the current manager/supervisor I'm assuming Courtney who is already rude from last experience looked at it and just got another co-worker to have a look, after that they said to my mum and I "we don't need you anymore" after having 10 years of glasses and 8 years with them I'm happy to say WE dont need THEM anymore!
